Pizza Hut — Restaurant in De Pere

Grease. Puddles of grease. This is the WORST thing I've ever eaten and the crappiest customer service. I order from Pizza Hut a few times a month. It's OK, but not EPICALLY HORRIBLE like this grease fest. That's a thin crust meat lover's special on the photos. It's SO GREASY that the fat pooled on the box's bottom and soaked through to the outside. The crust is not crisp, but SATURATED with this muck.

I called the store, talked to the manager, who seemed bored with my complaint. "Yeah. That's a greasy pizza." He offered to replace it or give me credit. Then hung up on me when I said credit. No goodbye. Just clunk. I called back to ask for a refund and he refused. Hung up on me again. Well, that's a letter to the corporate office I'm delighted to write. NEVER ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Update, 3/28/18: manager emailed me over two weeks ago, promised to mail me a refund check. Hasn't arrived. No mention of improving pizza, rude night manager.

The salad bar tasted stale and they had left the pizza from the buffet out and I ordered the buffet but when we took a piece it was cold and stale. I went to the kitchen to ask for fresh pizza, I couldn't find anyone. A waitress finally came to our table and told me it was garbage pizza that they had forgot to throw out after the buffet. That the Buffet had ended and she misunderstood me thinking I just wanted salad. I felt sick after being there, and was just grateful I had ordered a single pan pizza for my granddaughter and she did not eat off the salad buffet, so she had a fresh lunch anyway. I was still charged full price for the buffet which was weird to me but...

Ordered online with the pickup through the drive up in 15min. Left the house with 2 min remaining, pulled up to the drive up window there were other cars in line. Nobody moved for 15-20 min. A car behind me ended up pulling up off to the side and walking in to get their food. Then the car in front of me did the same thing. After 20-25 min in line I followed suit. Ended up that my order just came out of the oven and they needed to box it up yet. If that was the case, my order never made it to the baking stage when I pulled up in the...
