Taco Bell — Restaurant in De Pere

Well I ordered 3 tacos. First off the order of the tacos was wrong and also all three tacos were smashed. There is no way they made them like that. Put food in small bag not sure if food got smashed due to size of bag or how they handled it but if I could upload a picture of these tacos I would. This is the worst experience I ever had. I try we to call to explain the problem of my order but no one answers the phone. Called a different store and he said he would put the complaint to the DM. I wasn’t going to pay this money and have my order completely wrong and crushed up so I ended driving back to store. The employees were rude and at I point wasn’t going to survive me. I told them cause of me have to drive back to store I wanted refund and my food made right. They said they wouldn’t do that it was 1 or the other. I don’t think that should be what should have happen. Cause I had to drive back to store and they were rude to me. The receipt says Austin is the one that took my order but the girl said her name was Lillian. I asked her for the dm name and she’s like I don’t know then I asked her to ask the other 2 guys and she said no and that I can figure it out myself. Very disappointed. I feel that it wouldn’t get to the point it did if they would answer the store phone. Not sure if I would ever go back to this store if this is how they treat...

Service was horrible. The people forgot my burrito and when I told them the person who gave me my food just stood there and stared at me. So I asked if she’d like to see my bag cause I didn’t know what else to do. So they “looked” through the bag more like destroyed it. They tour through my tacos and other food with their hands and then accused me of stealing it when they didn’t find it I literally had the bag for 2 seconds when would I have stole it?( and like why would I steal a 4 dollar burrito??!!?! ) then they gave me the food back and it was purely chilled to the bone and destroyed and then finally gave me my burrito. But they forget my sauce which was the one reason I went in the first place because my daughter had her heart set on trying it. So I went inside and asked for the sauce and the guy started screaming at me infront of all the customers about how I tried to steal. I go to this Taco Bell all the time after work because it’s super close so after this horrible experience I decided to try going on more time and again they forgot some of my food. I will not be returning. Also I’m 90% sure...

This is the worst taco bell i have ever been to. Me and my girlfriend go to get food. We order a meal deal with a Freeze. Not only was the person at the drive thru window rude and unprofessional, she didn’t take our order down the correct way. Which is fine, because at the window when she gave us our food and the freeze we noticed it was a reg, when we ordered a large. I was kind about it at the start and asked her if she could please change it to a large, and that we were willing to pay for the upcharge. Now she responded with “No you weee mumbling i couldn’t hear what you said, and that’s what your getting” and continued to slam the window in our faces. So we went back around to the microphone and asked for a large freeze (again willing to pay). At which point the lady started to cuss us out and told us to get out of the drive thru. She even called the cops on us. Again we were not rude, we were not being extra or out of place. This is the worst service i’ve ever seen and i cannot believe something like that is allowed to occur at an establishment so...
