Walgreens — Local services in De Pere

We went there once for the flu shot and another for the Covid vaccine. Both times, the pharmacist gal was extremely rude. Both times were scheduled and the customers at the counter and drive-through took precedence over us. When confronted, she said she had to take care of the other customers and that it isn’t her fault that they just happen to be busy. While I understand this, they should have staffed accordingly and made sure those sitting in the waiting are with appointments were taken care of - what makes them any less important? They were in line too! Regardless, this does not excuse the arrogant attitude of the pharmacist - we exchanged a few words and I was basically told that she will take care of us when she is ready. If you do schedule an appointment, make sure to give yourself an hour extra time if you schedule around 5pm as they are going to push you to the side and take care of the prescription folks first. Makes me wonder if this is a Walgreens...

Multiple times I've had issues with getting my son's prescription filled. Get a notification that the prescription is ready to be picked up and every time I get there to pick up it's not ready. This time that I went I had the prescription on autofill, got the call, confirmed that I wanted it filled, waited at least a week, went to pick it up and SURPRISE! Not filled and the person working refused to fill it saying that I needed to confirm that I wanted it filled. I tried telling her i had confirmed it and she cut me off saying that she could have it ready for tomorrow or I could go to the 24hr pharmacy in the opposite direction of my house, 20 mins away. I told her I couldn't wait until tomorrow and I couldn't drive all that way because my son was out of medication and I had my two small children in the car. She cut me off again and said the same thing. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Nothing but...

I don’t come to this location very often. It’s super small and weird. If you have an appointment for a vaccine, be prepared to wait for a while after your appointment. The pharmacy staff was nice and trying the best to get everyone taken care of but it was very clear how short staffed they are. We bought some other things while we were here too. The first clerk at the checkout counter was on their cell phone and wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge us. Another clerk announced she could help us. It was really rude and strange of the first clerk to ignore us. I prefer the West De Pere location...
