Savour on Broadway — Restaurant in De Pere

I normally don't leave reviews on restaurants but I had such high hopes for this place and it was such a disappointment. It took 20 minutes to get a server and in total, I was there for over an hour and a half for a single dish and the restaurant was probably only half full. The food, while looking nice, was almost inedible. There were multiple points where I wanted to spit out my food, but I didn't want to make a scene. I got the Elvis Eggs Benedict and the sickingly sweet sauce they added didn't work with the already sweet Korean barbecue pork. The pork itself was dry chewy and had bits that I had to assume was fat that were spongy and really took the dish from bad to awful. We always enjoy dining at Savour in the Mulva Center. The food is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The ribeye Benedict was amazing and a highlight of our meal. Laura was fantastic as our server—attentive, friendly, and professional. A special touch was Caesar personally presenting the dessert for our son’s birthday, which made the evening extra memorable.

Casual yet elegant ambiance. Clean, comfortable and quiet enough for normal conversation. Sublime service starting with a warm welcome at the entry portal and continuing throughout the meal with a pleasant farewell at the end. Server Lillian was attentive, knowledgeable and very pleasant.
