So it was my first time eating there with my buddy Rick (A white guy). We ordered our food to dine in, a smash burger and a calzone. So Rick goes to the counter and asks for sauce. They proceed to charge him $1 per cup for the 2 sauces, no problem. Then a group of 4 Arabic girls order a pizza to dine in. They ask for sauce and receive 4 cups for free. So I ask for the person in charge and I tell him what happened. I felt like they charged Rick because he was a white guy, but didn’t charge the girls because they were Arabic. This guy in charge proceeds to tell me thats not the case and maybe they ordered wings. We look over and I tell him clearly there are no wings at their table just a pizza. He then tell me that he instructs all the employees to charge for sauce, but if someone asks him specifically for sauce he gives it out for free being the one in charge. So luckily those girls had asked him rather than the girl at the front working the register taking orders so they received free sauce and Rick had to pay… he then returned $2 to Rick. But it was never about the money, it was the principle. It was the fact Rick was the only white guy in the building full of Arabic people and was treated differently for what ever reason. I was embarrassed bringing my friend here making him feel like he was treated differently because he was not Arabic. I bet if I would have asked, being an Arabic guy, they would have given me the sauce for free. The food was tasty, wait time a little long (calzone came out 10 minutes after the burger), but the inequality in customer treatment really got under my skin. I typically don’t even leave reviews, but felt this had...
Read moreJust grab toast, add some ketchup and cheese and toss it in the microwave for 20 seconds, it's significantly better. They charge top dollar for this garbage, hit us with a $7 online order fee, and charge us an additional 3% for using a credit or debit card. On top of that the pizza is burnt, the dough is chewy, the cheese is dry and crusty, and there's no sauce. To add to that they don't include ranch or anything else with this disgusting pizza to mask the taste. And the cherry on top was that they messed up 1 of my orders (a calzone with no cheese) and instead of trying to solve the issue they chose to try to convince me that parmesan isn't cheese (yeah... seriously...) when they did finally agree to redo the $17 calzone order they didn't offer any sort of generosities or apologies, this is not a place focused on customer service, quality, or anything other than making a quick buck.
To the staff: it's too late for me, you lost a customer but you want to build a brand and truly be great, fix your stuff. I really truly am not exaggerating, this was an awful experience... it was overpriced disgusting garbage served to me by rude and insulting employees, and what disappointments me most is that I see the potential in this location...

I stopped by yesterday for the first time and ordered the chicken tikka wrap. The girl on the phone(very helpful and nice) said it'll take 20 mins for just one wrap. I ordered at 7:40pm and arrived at 8:20pm, about 40 mins later. They were very busy, but customer service could improve. It took a while to assist me, nor was I told any information on my order after payment. About after 10 minutes, I had to ask about my food. Another worker went to go check on it and it was in the heating section the whole time. (in total 50 mins = 1 wrap) The wrap it’s self was VERY tasty but looked flat and lacking ingredients. Kinda of disappointed with wraps appearance and size (in all seriousness it looked like someone had sat on my sandwich before sending it out and it didn’t look anything like the photo on the website).
Side Note: Before coming to Fratellis, I picked up a sub for my coworker from Ananas Cafe. It cost the same as the wrap I got here, but was four times larger. I understand a sub and a wrap are 2 different things but same price yet my wrap was the same size as...
