It was 940 and my kids wanted the dubai kunafa cup..I called thr Monroe location to see if they could like make it and hold for me etc they said they dont such thing because payment wise and she said im gonna let u know tbh the line is out the door..Im gonna save u the trip by this time Inwas actually like right there and she was correct it was outside ...she was super friendly about it, and suggested the dbn heights location because they were also open later. I was like ok why not same place right. NOOOOO!! I mean staff was friendly place was super clean but items were not the same as the other location it was a totally different menu item. I felt I got my monies worth at Monroe and they really put love into the order and tbh the Monroe location last time I went I went at 945 and they still really put love in to it. This location was not near closing and it was like I went to Dairy Queen. KUNAFA ON BOTTOM RIGHT BUT LUMPED OVER SWIRL VANILLA AND JUST SPRINKLED PISTACHIO. I ordered 3 of these. I wish I had taken photo but to be honest it fell over before I even made it home.Its a bunch of teenagers working which is fine but then this guy also teenager came from no where like outside and just started working took one customer behind me and left not even sure if he was employed it was very strange.    Read moreMy daughters had been begging to try this place for weeks due to itâs social media popularity. We finally went today (10/01/23) and Unfortunately, the customer service experience (or lack there of) left me outraged. Our family of 4 walked right up and ordered our food and moved to the side to allow others to order. We watched one group of 6 guys order and receive their order. Then watched another family of 4 order their and receive their order. AND THEN ANOTHER FAMILY OF 3, order and receive their order. After the 3rd group of people left, I inquired as to why so many people were served before us? I was not given an answer, only told that it was âcoming upâ and I was asked if I had received anything from my order, which I had not. Meanwhile, there was a hustle among the workers preparing several drive thru orders and ANOTHER group order for someone else behind us. We were the only black patrons in the store which only leads me to 1 conclusion: We were not prioritized or served fairly because we did not fit the demographic of the workers and the majority of the patrons. Please review diversity and inclusion practices with your employees. In the mean time, I will tell anyone that will listen of this terrible experience and teach my daughters to treat everyone with equal love and respect.
