McDonald's — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

Another wonderful experience at this McDonald's location❣❣❣ I came in for my usual 80 plain regular "just the meat only" hamburger pattie order, and the whole staff, including Marcus (the day shift manager), and Kai, Marcel, Jeremiah, & Marcus (who were the sweet chefs that cooked my 80 meat patties with such a good attitude) are always so kind and sweet with such AMAZING attitudes of excellence and outstanding customer service and professionalism❣❣❣ You are all such valuable assets to the Dearborn Heights North Telegraph Rd. McDonald's team, and we customers are so blessed to have the privilege and pleasure of doing business with you every time we visit your location❣❣❣ I hope corporate reads this review so they will realize how fortunate they are to have such an outstanding team on-board at this location❣❣❣ You are so greatly appreciated for all of your hard work, kindness and professionalism❣❣❣ A million thank yous from your loyal customer~Nurse Laura❣❣❣🙏🤗🙏

There are not enough words in all the world languages to say how AMAZING the day and night shift crews are at this McDonalds location!!! Michelle & Marcus (the wonderful and sweet night and day shift managers) and Kai, Demetrius, Marcus, Marcel, and Jeramiah are all the sweetest, most kindhearted people I have ever met in my entire life, and even though I always come through and order like 40 or sometimes even 80 regular hamburger meat patties without the buns or anything else, they are never mean or have a bad attitude about accommodating me with such a large order. They are always only extremely sweet, kind, helpful and happy to help. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE both the day and night shift crews here at this location and I always look forward to coming through to see how everyone is doing.

9/20/22 ETA: This is not a rant, but a rave 😊 I just had to come on here and say the guy that took my drive thru order on Sunday night (9/18/22), Trent I believe his name was, was AWESOME. Whenever I go through a drive thru anywhere, never do the employees tell me different sales I could utilize. The only recs I ever get are just current promos for new items. This guy though went above and beyond, saved me $10 that I would have, and was about to spend. And, the items I got were better (more "premium" items) than what I was going to order. In this economy, and with everyone "quiet quitting" everywhere, I cannot tell you how much I truly appreciate this. Trent deserves a raise and a bonus IMHO! I asked to speak to the manager and told her how awesome he was. I hope at the very least he gets some kind of recognition because if he's going above and beyond at what I assume to be the end of a shift on a Sunday night (based on the time i was there), when most people are just ready to quickly leave and go home, I know he's got an incredible work ethic. OG REVIEW: I've been really happy with this McDonald's this year. It's become my go-to location. It used to be the absolute worst about 4 years ago but they sure turned things around since then. Occasionally there's something missing, but that's common everywhere you go. And, the only time I have been told "our shake machine is down", it wasn't the typical scenario of most McDonald's where its just late and they're breaking it down to clean. They were waiting on a part to be delivered. I have no complaints at all. Food is good...

Worst shake ever... I've had thicker slushies.

The consistency of the vanilla shake mix is pretty gross when its not a um... Shake.

Was never more than cold fluid, there was no shake to my cold sweet milk.

Shouldn't there be some frozen ice of some sort to a shake consistency?

Is it shake flavored drink? If its that, it should be aproperately labled.

Did get the whip cream I asked for though. And that seemed fine, so I'm guessing its a cooling issue like the vanillashake never got cold enough to be a shake?... maybe the shake machine has been set warmer to save money and/or heat output? There are flash freezing options so cold all the time is not necessarily needed.

No ice, no frozen... and at night no less shouldn't the shake machine be kickin butt?

Maybe it needs serviced or repaired? Because its not a shake.

Stores cold, Whys the shake not a shake, should be labled "cold sweet milk".

From drive through window to out they gave me a "not a shake".

I asked at 2 locations for an Oreo shake like the sign says and its not there. got a vanilla instead.
