Subway — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

This place was the worst experience I ever had The employees that work there should be fired and this place should be shut down I went there today with my family and son that is four years old and we ordered two sandwiches and a drink and a bag of chips and as my son was eating they confronted him and said he didn’t pay for the chips so when he said he didn’t know he thought they charged him for it and offered his credit card to pay for the chips the Women that works there told him “you people want everything free” it’s not our fault we thought she charged us for the chips and we offered to pay for them and they just had an attitude as soon as we walked in the door and this place is a dump and needs to be inspected and shut down from the filth and they should hire nice employees because they always have an attitude if it was up to me I would’ve rate this place...

Ordered a steak sub for $13 a foot-long and called because I dropped it off to my son at work he said he knew he wasn’t eating the wrapper and seemed he was chewing more than normal and realized the parchment paper that they use was in the sub like sheet of it for some reason i called and spoke to the young man to let him know that somehow there got to be paper in the sub and he said just spit the paper out and continue eating the sub when there was paper Inside the sub connected to everything melted cheese was also over it . They couldn’t remake the sub or do anything about the sub , that’s terrible. Customer service will not be going back there ever again. So note if there is something wrong just eat paper product anyway cause they can’t correct...

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Most disgusting subway I've ever been too, the two workers didn't even speak English couldn't pronounce half the stuff I asked for. The employees never washed their hands nor did they wear gloves. I hadn't eaten all day so I gave them the benefit of a doubt and let them carry on. They both stood at the register for line 10 mins trying to figure out how to charge me. Finaly I got home and I took one bite and my bread was literally so stale I could wear it as escamo shoes and climb mount everest.100 percent sure this dude fought a rat in the back for that stale ass piece of bread I bit into and almost broke a tooth on. This is a sorry excuse for a sub way shut it down immediately. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND EAT...
