If I can put zero star, I would. I had a very disappointing experience at Lebon Sweet. The service was extremely poor and unreasonably slow. I visited yesterday afternoon, and there was only one employee working — a lady with blonde hair. The customer in front of me asked if she was working alone, but she did not respond and instead gave him a nasty look.

When it was my turn, I knew exactly what I wanted and wasn’t being difficult at all. I usually order two pieces each of kunafa and ashta. However, the lady seemed confused and unsure of what she was doing, as if she didn’t understand or speak English. I believe that anyone working in customer service should at least be familiar with the products being sold. This made the interaction very uncomfortable.

The BEST kunafa and pistachio mamoul! I placed a delivery order to FLORIDA using the website and that was very easy to do (nice website). I ordered 12 kunafa 12 pistachio mamoul and a tray of baklava. I got my order 3 days later!The order processing updates and the packaging was perfect 💯%👌 the kunafa came in a type of cooler and was still perfectly frozen.and now if I was to rate the kunafa itself with the kaak (bread) and the syrup that comes with it I would give that 💯% the kunafa was made with very high quality cheese it tasted authentic and was EXELLENT the mamoul pistachios 💯% was also EXELLENT as it was not overwhelming sweet but just enough it was fresh tasty and had the perfect sweetness.I found the baklava ok would rate that 65%(not crispy fluffy enough and just too much syrup it's overwhelming and killing the flavor) just my opinion.I will definitely reorder the kunafa and pistachio mamoul again and the mamoul with dates inside next time 😀 and more Thank you keep up...

I had a very disappointing experience at this sweet shop lebon sweets I absolutely love their sweets. I’m talking customer services. I politely asked the girl at the counter if I could have 3 middle pieces instead of the sides, since I don’t like the edges. Instead of accommodating or responding kindly, she argued with me. When it came time to pay, she even made a rude comment about (((Do you want me to return the coins from the middle as well))) which felt very disrespectful—especially considering I am around the age of her grandmother.

Good customer service is about treating people with respect, no matter the situation. Unfortunately, the way I was spoken to made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, I called the store when I left one of the staff answered me she stated that they we are not allowed do that and I left with a negative impression of the place never going back...
