My daughter ended up getting me hotcakes this morning I don't know if it's just me but they shrunk three little tiny pancakes what a bummer didn't even look appetizing they usually look like bigger and fresher not this time I'm so disappointed I hope my daughter says something tomorrow morning this is ridiculous I want to eat them now cuz I have a gallbladder issue and I don't want to eat them they look horrible and I just read somebody's review somebody's sad oh oh they don't want to wait for lunch or us really then don't go at lunch time people in the hurry get out of your car lazy people I'm just bummed because my daughter got terrible pancakes and she got out of her car to get them lazy lazy lazy people don't complain if you have to wait so long in the Drive-Thru it's not their fault you're lazy I don't even eat fast food hardly at all thank goodness gracious the people who eat fast food you get what you get don't eat McDonald's I hardly ever do some reason my daughter got me those hotcakes cuz my stomach I have to have a surgery and those are soft on your stomach but they I can't eat them they're horrible they look horrible and I hope she goes in there and gets a refund and...
Read morePlaced my order on the portal. I watched 7 people go to register and place and order. All got their food and left while I was still waiting.1/2 hour later still waiting for my food. I asked where is my food what is taking so long, only to be told they are in training and they are sorry. Would I like something free while I am waiting. I then responded what and have to wait longer for the free item. The cashier says no everything it ready. I told her if everything is ready where is my food then I finally get my bag go through it and still have food missing. This is a poor excuse of or restaurant. Horrible staff and management. I would leave zeros if it would allow me. To make everything worse the food was cold fries were burnt and dry no salt. New ownership it says, well your are horribly running a restaurant. It says you have others I wonder how your other stores are running. I wish I could get in contact with the owner. I am a reward member and will not be going back to this or any of his other he owns.will find out where to avoid. This owner needs to get to his business and see what is going on. Poor ownership...
Read moreCouldn't tell you how food was, didn't get that far, i placed a mobile app order, went thru drive thru told them i had a mobile order, they put me on almost a 3 to 4 min. Hold at drive thru i responded hello, and the lady came back really rude, telling me to hold on, i dodnt take it to kindly soni wentbto fo in and get my order, i walked in said wxcuse me no one oayed any attention so i tapped on the counter that broght a huge reconse, every one in their brother acted like they wanted to jump me.. literally i never felt like that in an establishment, and i was the customer, i thought i entered someones home uninvited. I felt really threatened by the co-workers they were calling me suzy .. im a very nice oerson, amd did not deserve that treatment i will not ne nack there EVER and i will he taking it to corporate...i alomst got jumped by the employees at McDonald's!!!!
