The food and prices were good. But the service was horrible. It says "sit your self" we sat down the same time as 2 other people did. Kim with white hair got our drinks in. But when it was time to take our food order, she cut me off when I was about to ask her an other question and made a rude comment about us sitting at the same time. So I knew where this was going. None of us from either table were rushing her. So I just told her to take the other tables order, so I could calm down after the rude comment she made. Took her a while to get back to us and I informed her, I had an idea what I wanted but had a question about it. I have been a server before and there's a certain way of saying things and certain timing you give before trying to move on to the next table. I get it, its a mom and pops dinner and they are used to returning customers that know their menu. But I been to other mom and pops dinner and never been rude at all with...

Pay NO attention to those previous reviews because is better than great It's AWESOME!!! Under new ownership, Amber from the Osteen Diner owns it now & she brought her vitality and upbeat personality with her, along with a yummy menu! Excellent location in Debary, we had no problem parking & got seated by Amber herself! AND, she took care of us! OMG! Good coffee, Fried Green Tomatoes we crunchy on the outside & very tender on the inside! Chicken Fried Steak was the tenderest (is that even a word? LOL!) that we've ever tasted. 4 B's Sausage Gravy was delicious and plentiful. We had crispy hashbrowns, 2 eggs cooked over-easy perfectly and I swear the biscuits were made-by-scratch, homemade, what have you. We wish all the best with her new digs! See...

The food was decent and fast, but when I found 2 short white hairs in my meal and told the waitress, she said there was no way there could be hair in there (even though I was holding the hairs) because no one in the kitchen had hair like that, when I was cashing out up front there was an old guy with a stubbly white beard and short white hair. Next time, just say sorry and move on, I never would have left a review blasting you for hair in your food if you would have just said sorry, not argued with me and ignored my table for 10 minutes after I told you. Piss poor service.
