TERRIBLE WORK PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I didn't mind paying $90 cash up front for 3 mens garments needed by the end of the week for Homecoming: a mens small dress shirt that I paid $15 from Shein that was too big thru the shoulders. He said he couldn't fix the shoulders... but, what he could do is move the cuffs up, taper the sleeves and add darts to the back of the shirt. Huh.. End result, this was not a good solution and made the shirt look worse!!! Expertise should have told him to tell me ma'am "I Cant Fix the Shirt" saving me $30 buck in alteration fees and I could have Returned the shirt for my money back at Shein!!!! We also had Two mens dress pants ($70 online + $70 Dillard's) 31Ć30 that were too baggy and needed to be tapered down the leg, wanting them tight to the ankle and hemmed just a smidgen to fall at the ankle in order to accompany no sock dress shoes. We even modled the clothes with the dress shoes for him to mark and pin it. The hem was now above the ankle at a 26 inseem and with an 8" flare, which should have been about a 4" flare. Ruined both pair of pants!!! It was also a little stressful when he said we couldn't pick it up untill after 4pm 7days later... but, we needed to wear it on the 8th day. Hummmm how inconvenient no time to make adjustments!!! šI was TRUSTING that Frank understood what we were asking him to do and that everything would turn out...

The holes were around a half dollar size, I also brought in a pair of overalls which the owner told me was completely gone and not repairable which I accepted. He asked me if he could cut a piece of fabric from the overalls because it matched the black fabric for the shorts. A week later, I go in to pick up. First off, he lost my pieces of clothing and even asked if I was giving him the correct ticket. After he searched again he then find them and comes to the front to tell me, "I couldn't do these, they are non-repairable, let me issue you a refund". I'm beyond disappointed with this business and would recommend everyone to stay clear and go...

They were accomodating and I will have my dress back when I need it. The price was fair and what I have paid before. I don't like calls either. Sometimes you get so many B2B and telemarketing calls these days you could be a bit hot about it. Chalk it up to a bad day and if your so interested in helping businesses, then you should have kept that nasty review to yourself.
