WORST SERVICE!!! I want to give zero stars but unfortunately I cannot!
At around 10:15 PM on Feb 24, I ordered the 2 Whopper for $6 deal and an order of 10pc nuggets in the drive-thru.... After waiting 10 minutes I finally had enough and asked for a refund however no one knew how to issue one so I had to wait ANOTHER 5 minutes for them to figure it out, so now we're at 15 minutes.... During the 5 minutes I waited for them to figure out a refund I had hoped my food would have been done and that would have been the end of it but that was wishfull thinking.... Finally one of the young ladies there figured it out and gave me my money back.
The young lady who figured out the refund was the ONLY one there who was trying to get things done. While I was waiting I could see her through the drive-thru window what looked like her telling whoever was preparing the food to hurry up. She was also the only one who took initiative to try and figure out the refund.... with success. The young Spanish lady there taking orders in the drive-thru who I assume was the shift manager was TOTALLY WORTHESS with a ROTTEN ATTITUDE. I was very polite when I got the the window to pay and when she gave me my change I said 'Thank You' and all I got was rolled eyes as if she was saying F.U. THEN... after the other lady figured out the refund the Spanish rotten attitude lady had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted my refund, I ask if my food was done which it was not so I said yes to my money back with even more attitide. This employee to me had less than ZERO people skills and has no business dealing with customers.

Everytime she’s here she don’t miss a beat and if that wasn’t enough not only Does she not miss a beat but she makes the end of our night the highlight of Our night. I’ve had the worse day today literally sat in my car crying to my husband to be and drove thru the drive thru twice because I had such a bad and rough day couldn’t hold my Tears anymore and let me tell you when I finally got to order she was so patient with me didn’t have not one ounce of Attitude nor not even anger or anything with me . She was so understanding and when I pulled To that window immediately her smile made us smile the greeting we received was genuine and the conversation was uplifting in a way only a person who takes gratitude and care for What they do would understand ! Idk why they call her lil Bit cause honey she’s a whole lotta bit of a blessing . She deserves a raise and then some ! Her laugh is contagious and had us giggling with her I just wana say Ms. Tina sincerely thank you for that . We thank you for your skills and who you are . You do more than what you realize . Read moreThe employees here need to take their jobs much more seriously. Many people are job-searching who would do a tremendous job bringing this dump's review ratings up comparable to Orange City's.
Customers make the employees' jobs possible. Customers are not to be treated as annoyances! The girl at the drive-thru last Sunday morning and her distraction cohort need to be replaced immediately. Are they even being supervised?? And the parking lot could use a major cleanup. Why is it still a mess early in the morning?? And how can the same empty aluminum can be sitting on the drive-thru ledge for FOUR DAYS?? Management is just as much to blame as the employees here.
Sunday morning's visit was not only poorly handled from a customer service standpoint, but the breakfast burrito was inedible, it was such as sopping mess!
Orange City has a BK that gets much better ratings than this failing Debary BK location, as does the Deltona BK (on Elkcam). This location is in trouble with competition within shouting distance coming from IHOP, McDonald's, Waffle House, and now the new Hardee's where the customer service is extraordinary! These BK employees should take notes from them - that Hardee's location is managed quite effectively.
I filled-out the BK online survey from the receipt this morning prior to starting work. I have yet to be contacted by management from this...
