We called in for 24 wings with extra blue cheese. 16 wings were their extra hot special sauce. They charge 3.00 extra since they make the sauce in house. Now when I say extra it's not in a 2 or 4 oz. cup, it's just extra sauce on wings. The bill for 24 wings with 4 2oz blue cheese was 60.00 . That's with no fries or drinks. In all my years of being in the restaurant business, I've never heard of paying 60.00 for 24 wings. I called a friend who is a managing partner of Hooters to ask if im missing something? He said yes, your a idiot for paying that much for them lol. It's a shame because the wings were very good and big size wings. The male bartender was very friendly and did a great job keeping me informed on how long it would be. He represented the bar perfectly. At 1 pm there was no one inside on a Sunday. Just maybe based on the prices it explains why. You can charge $100.00 for 10 wings and you might find one person willing to pay that much. 99% of the others will not. It would make you more money to offer a fair price for a product worth selling. You then continue to bring people back who in turn will buy drinks and side items such as fries or onion rings. You can go to Wing Stop and get 40 wings 2 large fries with 4 sides of dipping sauce for $52.00 i paid 60.00 for 24? We now won't go back. The staff is very friendly and give good service. It's sad that the bar isn't doing enough to bring in people for the staff to serve. You have good food it's a shame you aren't pricing out your menu in such a way that it will bring...
Read moreThe steak that you see in the picture is what I decided to go home and make because I wanted a decent meal.. Now please don't get me wrong I understand barfood is never going to compare to something that you can make at home or at least that is how we as consumers have been conditioned. With that in mind I went to this place in order to meal and it was disgusting.. Now on the upside the bartender was very friendly and helpful and the drinks were made perfectly. The inside could use a bit of cleaning but overall for a bar it was reasonably Clean and the bathrooms as well.. They do have an outside seating area which is nice and plenty of space indoors as well as a few billard tables.. Outside the parking lot is shared with other businesses as this is in a strip mall type of setting. The lot overall is clean and easy to navigate... There are handicap parking areas and there is a handicap entrance which would be the main front door. I would warn you when exiting this establishment that you take care and come to a complete stop because it's on A curb that people like to travel fast on... I 4 is just a block or 2 away so getting here is super easy if you're not in the area.. Displace should rank a 3 or a 4 but because the poore food quality I had to give it a one.. Over the years I have eaten here and it is always been so so but this last experience was the worst unfortunately for them I am doing Google assessments on the businesses that I venture to. I do hope that this review help somebody out there thank you for taking the time to...
Read moreLOOK OTHER PLACES FOR WINGS! We live less than 3 miles away. We ordered takeout, extra crispy wings, and 3 Philly cheesesteaks, plain. Get home, and all 3 Phillys had onions, peppers, and mayo. Called back about the phillys, and they "ran out of bread." And I told them I would call back tomorrow. Went to eat the garlic parm wings, and I took one bite and threw them away. My wife got Buffalo wings and did the same thing, took a bite of 3 different wings, and said they were the worst wings she had ever had. This place claims the best wings in town, but they were chewy, and the flavor was horrible. My wife even said she thought they weren't fully cooked. The flavor of the garlic parm was nasty and dry, especially on a rubbery wing. The wings were so bad that we decided not to call back the next day and get the Phillys remade. Spent and wasted $70 for a full order of wings, a half order of wings, and 3 phillys. Atmosphere wasn't bad, good local scene with a good group of people I spoke to while waiting. But the service did NOT make up for the below average food. Based on the reviews, I know the owner will come on here and try to justify himself in soke sorta way. But I come from a long line of restaurant owners, plus I had a wing joint in VA for 2 years, home of the 37 sauces, before I moved here. The food was not even close to...
