If i could give a worse rating i would. This has been the worst Arby's experience EVER. I could not be more disappointed with the staff, unhygienic and lazy. They didn't even pay attention to me and my husband when we walked in and wanted to order. We walked out becuase we went unnoticed, but went online to order, online it said they were working. And keep in mind there were people going through the drive thru, so we knew they were still open. We waited in the drive though for over 15 minutes and when we finally came next apparently our order "didn't come through" but we had the virtual receipt and everything. Women said we are wrong and don't have the right address. we showed her our receipt and she was like "oh" like cmon we just want our food that we PAYED for ALREADY. Lady said okay i'll see what i can do, told us to pull to the corner and wait. we waited for we don't know how long we're getting ready to leave. Then eventually they handed us a tiny crumbled bag. We drove away completely fed up only to then discover that they completely messed up our order. we ordered 2 meals the fresh market buffalo chicken wraps meals×2 one small and one large. we got the wraps that were falling apart and 1 small cup of STALE, smelly, rock solid fries. i can go on and on but literally we hated this. we do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. seriously don't...
Read moreMy husband Loves Arby’s food! Me not so much...I haven’t been to Arby’s in years... I decided to give it another try...I sure am glad I did! There is such a good variety of food now that I might try...yeah, I’m picky...The main reason I’m writing this tho is because of the kindness one employee shared. A little short woman, looked like she just had her hair fixed and I complimented her on it cause that’s just me, but she went out of her way, over and above to make sure my visit was all good, checked to see my food was acceptable when she brought it out to my husband and I, and offered to get my husband a refill on his drink for him cause let’s face it, my husband loves to eat...and she could see I was tired that day. When employees of a corporation make a difference in my life, for the better, I am certainly gonna brag on them! Good job Arby’s Employee! When you put the ranch on my Market Fresh Turkey ranch and bacon causing me to eat something else and drive back there to get my money back an I’m sorry or just a sorry will do. Everyone makes mistakes. I have been buying this sandwich for years so I know i have to be clear about not wanting ranch on my Turkey ranch and bacon. Instead when i hand you the sandwich and you instruct me you can’t accept any food back with no sorry involved... im just a little more annoyed for driving back over there. Its a small thing but market feedback is helpful to everyone. Hopefully someone who says they dont want something on their sandwich will benefit....
