Sunday after church we decided to go through Arby’s drive through to pick up lunch. There was cars in front of us and behind, but they gave up because the wait was too long and left. There were 2 cars in front of me. One got their order but the woman in front of us waited a very long time. I put my window down and realized she was asking them to take her order. She sat there over 5 minutes. Then she left. I was next. Someone came on after a couple of minutes, and said what’s your order? I told him. He says two-#2’s. I said two #10s. You said two #2’s. I then said two #10’s. T E N. He said hey did u just spell ten? I said yes. He yelled I ain’t taking your order! So I sat there a minute. Then I said did u want you know what we want to drink? Silence. I said Anyone? Nothing. Waited another couple of minutes and then I honked my horn. A woman cane on and was very nice. She said sorry about that. Can I take your order. No problem. When I drive up to pay, she apologized again and said she and only one other was working. Said she was overwhelmed. Trying to take orders AND cook. I said I’m very sorry but there is no excuse for your employee to be so rude. That was terrible customer service! She said we could come back for a free meal. I really appreciate her efforts to make amends. I thanked her. Her name is Latoya. She went over above trying to make a bad situation good. Her disrespectful employee was Caleb. He really gave Arby’s a bad name that day. I saw 10 cars leave and I see why! You should fire him, but I realize that kids don’t want to work these days so you have to settle for substandard employees. Give Latoya a raise! She earned it!...
Read moreI've been to this location a few times. The restaurant was clean, the staff was courteous, and my order was correct. If you like Arby's, you'll be very satisfied at this particular location.
This next part doesn't really have anything to do with the restaurant, but I'm going to tell it anyway. I've eaten lunch at this location a couple of times in the past week. Each time that I was there, the same local radio station was playing in the dining room...... No real surprise there. The weird part was that they were playing the same exact songs. I'm not talking about "all these new-fangled songs sound just alike,"....... I mean the EXACT SAME songs in the EXACT SAME order. First of all, I heard a blue grass version of Prince's "Purple Rain"...... not exactly a common song. I thought, "Wow. That's weird that I heard the same song a few days ago while I was here.". Then they played the next song which was an old Alan Jackson song..... And a few songs later an old Travis Tritt song. I started to wonder if it was Groundhog Day. By this point I was finished with lunch so I left. Maybe they play the exact same playlist every day. I assume that the local station must consist of a random guy who downloaded 24 hours of songs onto an iPod, set it to repeat, and plugged it into a really...

THIS GIRL ROLLS HER EYES AT ME! LORD JESUS IF I KNEW I WOULD NOT GO TO JAIL OVER SOME ARBYS SAUSE I WOULD HAVE SO JUMPED THIS GIRLS PROBLEM. My advice don't go there. Seems like every time I'm there its something and guy just wants his roast beef Sandwitch and can't no one seem to understand that there. Like truly how do you mess up a roast beef sandwich with Arbys sause? How? Ill tell you, no one can seem to care enough that's how.
