So I am a parent of employee who works here. This companies antics is completely unacceptable. My daughter who is a high school student and an honor roll student was employed with this company as of last night. Here are just something's that have happened during her employement with this company. Number 1 we went on a vaction with my daughter who at that time was employeed with this company she informed management 2 weeks prior to going that she would not be in during her scheduled shift as she was going to be in florida for her great grandmothers 90th birthday party. The manager messaged her while we where gone saying she was going to be written up because she could not be in to work for her shift. So when she returned she received a write up even know she gave them a 2 week notice. Also yesterday was the last straw. My daughter is sick still made an effort to go to work as her boss told her she could not miss work or she would have a wite up. So she called me half way through her shift and I had to bring her, her meds so she could finish her shift. Well then the managment started texting her this morning asking about her shift today and she told them she would not be at work tonight because she was sick and managment sent her message telling her she need a doctors note or she would be written up again. This is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry my daughter could be contaminating food and this company is ok serving this food to their customers. So just an fyi I will be filing a complaint with the food admistration and health department today. I figure your customers should know this since the food you are serving them is being made by sick employees and your ok with this. We also have text and screen shots to prove the antics of this company. Never mind the team lead in the backroom smoking while I was bringing my...
Read moreFirst, the cookies are outstanding, but the service needs lots of improvement. We ordered online and received notice that our order was READY. So far, so good. However, when I arrived to pick up the order I saw six employees standing in the front talking while two other employees were busting their butts working. One of the employees actually working asked my name and I told her I was there to pick up my order. I had to wait while three or four other orders were prepared and delivered before my order was prepared. I felt like Jerry Seinfeld when he made reservations for a rental car that wasnât there when he arrived. They know how to take the online order, but they donât know how to have it ready when you get there. Plus, we ordered a cookie cutter. It wasnât included and I had to remind the lady. I donât hold that against her because she was one of the few actually working.
If Crumbl is going to take online orders and text that they are readyâŠthey need to be ready when the...
Read moreThought Iâd stop by after a rough day at work to try and sweeten up my day with a yummy cookie. Upon arrival to the store, no one really even acknowledged I was there. They were out of every flavor except 2 at 8:30pm when they donât even close until 10pm and they were not busy at the time. I stood at the counter, waiting to ask how much longer it would be on more cookies to be done baking. After waiting close to 5 minutes completely unacknowledged, a staff member told me it would be over 20 minutes until more were ready. I decided to just grab one of the available flavors anyways just because I had my heart set on getting one. When the store first opened, everything was awesome! Enthusiastic staff and fresh cookies. Iâm almost a weekly visitor to the store. Performance has just gone way downhill the past few times Iâve been. Very...
