Kroger Pharmacy — Local services in Decatur

I needed a medication ASAP!! My doctor sent the script before 5 pm. I called the pharmacy to verify a time before making the trip and was told it wouldn’t be ready till the next day. Beyond frustrated that one important script couldn’t be filled in 4 hours.

Another recent trip- following an ER visit, my daughter needed nausea, pain meds and antibiotics. After waiting over one hour in line. I was only able to get ONE script!! The other two nausea and antibiotic won’t be filled till late the next day!!

This place is a joke!! Hire more staff...

This pharmacy has the worst turnaround time for prescription refills. A few of the female pharmacists are downright rude and act like it’s a huge imposition to serve customers by filling their prescriptions. I dread dealing with them every month when I pick up...
