I ordered tonight through door dash it's New Years Eve New Years Eve 2020...about to bring in the new year....they dropped the pizza never told me but I called to see what happened had to remake it UNDERSTANDABLE but to make a door dash driver wait AND I have to wait another hour for my food then be rude when I called and tell me I have to ask DOOR DASH for compensation for this matter was very cold and unprofessional...after you already got my money.....I was told you are a private franchise I get it but there is a national headquarters you aren't fooling me I've been down this road....and I will post my review on Google as well....as a person who recently returned to the area for the holidays that loved this restaurant growing up in the area I'm very disappointed....

Ordered 3 pizzas online. Which is something I do at most pizza places now and after my order is confirmed and I get the email with estimated pickup time I always call and ask the store for the time that works best for them. My online order said it would be done at 7:48 I placed the order at 7:23. When I called at exactly 7:30 to ask how long they thought. I was told 20 to 25 minutes. I arrived to pick up my order at 8 which was 5-10 minutes after I was told it would be done. It wasn't done! I was asked to wait a couple minutes. Well at 8:15 my pizzas still were not done!
