Really good food I've always loved jacks I love their fries their biscuits the burgers everything chocolate milkshakes you name it everything there there is nothing I don't like but what I do dislike is waiting for 30 minutes in a Drive-Thru and when I finally make it to the window I always check my food before I leave but this one time I did not check my food and this is not all their fault I guess I should have checked it so it's partially my fault but it's been happening more often here lately they always forget to put something in there last time it was two biscuits and a fry large fry and the town before that it was a whole meal it was a double double Big Jack with extra cheese and a large fry of course I got the milkshake which I guess is a good thing and I've never really had complaints there but this new staff or whoever is new in there or whatever is going on needs to come to an end because this is my favorite place to eat and whoever or whatever is happening there needs to be fixed but all in all this will always be my favorite burger joint definitely the best french fries with that popcorn all over it yum anyways I normally give them a 5-star rating but here lately they're getting 4 Stars from me because of the food that I did not receive and paid for it and the rapid rude customer service here lately come on Jacks get your s* together I don't want to have to boycott my favorite burger joint I love you guys and I'm only speaking for the one on the Beltline Highway 67 in...
Read moreArrived to get a decent meal as usual. This location is always backed up on drive thru. As is my custom i went into the lobby. I noticed an older hispanic gentleman waiting for his food. I was 4th in line. When i got my order placed he was still there. I asked the cashier about it, and was rudely told," We are short staffed and he was just going to wait!" When i asked the gentleman what he ordered it was 2 wraps.
I waited and my order came up before his. Wow, Jacks has fallen way down the staircase of poor customer service.
I spent 4 years working fast food. I do understand things get forgotten. I do understand people dont show up for work. What i dont understand is making a customer wait over 15 min for 2 wraps. What i dont understand is rudely being told jacks was short staffed and a customer just has to wait while customers that came after him were being served.

I have been in the food service industry for years, over 30, and have never heard anything so ridiculous in all my life “we say yes”, that’s what I heard the manager tell an employee? Really? That’s the culture you are building in your restaurants? I heard them explain that it came from corporate that “we say yes” to our guests at all times! I’ve never heard anything so stupid, whatever person in the corporate office came up with this should be fired, immediately. You can’t and won’t , build a team that will protect your brand if customers are allowed to get whatever they want, when they want, why would an employee try? I heard them explain they can’t even ask for a receipt to prove something was missing.
