IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD! Before getting a membership here, I ASKED SPECIFIC QUESTIONS 1. Is memberships based upon contract & is it strictly autopay? The representative of Crunch replied VERBATIM “NO, YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME & WE HAVE DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPTIONS- AUTOPAY IS AN OPTION.” Keywords: AUTOPAY IS AN OPTION! I then replied, “I WOULD GET THE MEMBERSHIP BUT I DO NOT WANT MY CARD IN FILE FOR AUTOPAY!” That was the agreement. They in fact had me in a contract and in autopay!!!!! I dont no where to start with this but I was a nervous wreck I will not lie going into a gym at 500lbs. But all workers callum Sawyer everyone including other people working out have made me feel welcome to ease my worries I may be slowest person in there but I will give it my all each time and will be a success story that you dont hear about often without medical help. Gym is new and nice but very quiet. Def need to turn music up. For the two hours we were here the employees sat behind counter on phones playing games, most of the cleaning spray bottles were empty, paper towel dispensers empty and the women’s locker room was ick. Two stalls without toilet paper the whole time, one toilet paper dispenser was broken flipped around and barely hanging on the wall, one toilet clogged so only one stall available.
