Supervisor's Extremely Nasty Attitude I'm a delivery guy who arrived shortly after 10pm on Saturday night 2-15-2025. There is an after-hours window with a bell to ring for assistance. I rang the bell upon arrival and I received no acknowledgement. After about 8 minutes, I rang it again. This older African American woman proceeds to the window saying nastily, "I can't take this bell tonight" like I did something wrong. I asked her why was she being so nasty? She said, "I had my 2 employees just come in. I'm the only one here!" I told her that I didn't know anything about that as I was only there to pick up my customer's order. Now, while I was waiting, a couple of others were also waiting and witnessed her nasty outburst towards me. Also, my customer's order had been sitting on the counter the entire time since my arrival getting cold. In fact, she passed by it to come yell at me at the window. Also observed her during the first 8 minutes as she put a few items in bags, STOP, scroll through her cell phone as I patiently waited. There were clearly several people in view, behind the counter, so her statement about being the only one there is refuted! She took her time filling other orders and finally had someone come with several orders. I identified my order that was sitting all this time to be the same order I received at the window. I Do Not appreciate the way she talked to me. Her attitude is like poison. Perhaps she had a bad day, didn't get flowers for Valentine's Day, someone did her wrong-I don't know but at NO time is a nasty stank attitude acceptable. Delivery people are extensions of the customers and she needs to be reminded of this fact. Without customers, she would not have a job. I apologized to my customer for the delay and briefly explained why his food may be cold. I hope the owner reads this and handles this situation ASAP!    Read moreThis is a complicated review because my experiences have been all over the board. For the most part the staff have been friendly and helpful over the last year that I have been visiting this location. However on occasion I have had extremely long wait times in the drive through without even being acknowledged. The most recent time I was greeted after about four minutes, but they "one moment please" and didn't come back for another ten minutes. When they greeted me the second time there was no indication that they even knew it was the same person. Once they had my order it was relatively quick, but I wonder if something is wrong with their drive through. Normally I would have gone inside and just ordered at the counter, but with the ongoing pandemic that is not an option.
Also the light coming out onto North Decatur from the parking lot does not always work. Some times of day the light notices people waiting and changes after a short time to allow you to exit, but other times you can wait at the light for ten minutes with multiple cars waiting and still not get a light. On those cases I just turned right and did a u-turn at the light, because I hit my limit. If you have a situation like this affecting your customers, even if you are not directly responsible, you should make sure it is resolved.
Last item, in the two times I got McNuggets they didn't feel like they were cooked through enough. They felt cold and slimy inside. I don't know if this was resolved but it turned me off...

I work as a doordash driver part time and had an order assigned to this location. They have a pickup window that when I first tried there was no one available so I continued onto the drive thru order sign. I was then told to reverse to the window and someone would meet me there. So I did. The lady at the window refused to them give me my doordash order because I had no parked. Then she slammed the window in my face. So I sat there and called doordash. In the mean time another doordash worker(who happened to be African American female). Did the exact same thing I did. She reversed from the drive through and went to the window. She was given her order without incident. All while I sit there. As icing on the cake the store refused to the calls doordash made to the store to aquire on the situation.
Just wanted to say that this location needs to get rid of all current management and clean house. Unbelievable though. What did I do to that lady, but she surly made me loose money just to stroke her racist ego. This happened the night of July 12, 2023. And the lady at fault was the manager. Would be amazed if anything actually happened in regards to this. Just thought I would let it atleast...
