I’ve come here a few times and can say that tea leaf is my closest go to boba place if I’m craving something nearby. Some drinks are a hit or miss but I love that there’s so many options and a reward system. If you put your number into the small tablet, you can get a free topping on your next purchase (nice bc toppings are about a dollar there). The mango milk tea, tiramisu matcha, and Yakut mango were average and wouldn’t order it again. Average prices for Atlanta (bit pricey). But their lychee tea and coco mango drinks were good. They also have their own cup sleeve which was cute! Service is quick and staff answers questions nicely! We weren’t sure whether to get green tea or their four seasons tea but they let us smell the tea bags. There’s some outdoor seating and few tables inside. It’s a bit small but I haven’t spent longer than an hour there. There’s plenty of parking in the plaza too.

I’ll be honest. I’d leave a 5 because I absolutely love this place. I always go here and anytime anybody asks me about where to get bubble tea in Atlanta I say Tea leaf and creamery. I’ve been going consistently (sometimes once or more a week) since I found it months ago. Always have had a pleasant experience, but today it wasn’t that great. I don’t know the name of the young lady but she wore glasses. I always and when I say always I mean I always order my Thai milk tea, same sugar level, same ice, same everything, only varies in size. And today the tea tasted different, it had a little sour taste to it, even both my sisters tried it and agreed with me. They messed up the no ice part and I was okay with it because it’s a small mistake and they always get my order right so I didn’t care, but the taste? That’s when I decided to turn around and go back for a change or a checkup. When I got to the counter there were two young ladies, one super nice and apologetic and the one with the glasses was the one who tried it and swore up and down it didn’t taste like nothing different (even tho I know because I always order the same exact thing) and she treated it as if I was lying or was trying to play her. Had a very hostile/ passive aggressive attitude which left me confused because why treat a client that way? Somebody who’s giving you money and business? Specially a loyal client who’s always there? Why handle it like that? I get why some people would lie, but when I told her I always go there and I’ve never had a problem with them or the drinks, and that I always get the same thing and it has never had that weird taste, she answered with “I’m here everyday” even tho it’s the first time I have ever seen her. In the end she refused our complaint and we went about our day. Really poorly handled. I don’t want to bash them or anything because it’s not the business itself nor the drinks or quality, this place is amazing. I am only sharing this because this is a place I actually like, a place I go to very often and a place I actually recommend a lot. And for a place like that to treat a client in such a way as if they were stealing from you when we’re only here to help you guys’ business is strange. I am not sure if she was trained to react that way, but I am sure that it can be handled better.

Honestly, A...

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Mango Marble Tea I recently had the opportunity to try the mango marble tea at Tea Leaf And Creamery. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The tea was marred by the presence of spoiled dairy, which completely ruined the flavor and left a negative impression on me.

From the moment I took my first sip, I could detect a distinct sourness and an off-putting taste in the tea. It was evident that the dairy used in the preparation had gone bad. This flaw significantly affected the overall enjoyment of the beverage, rendering it undrinkable.

To make matters worse, when I approached the staff to request an exchange or refund, I was met with disappointment. They refused to accommodate my request, displaying a lack of understanding and customer service. This added to my frustration and further diminished my opinion of the establishment.

Overall, my experience with the mango marble tea at Tea Leaf And Creamery was nothing short of a letdown. The spoiled dairy completely compromised the taste, and the refusal to rectify the situation only exacerbated my disappointment. As a result, I have no intention of returning to this establishment in the future.

I strongly advise others to avoid the mango marble tea at [Insert Name of Establishment]. The lack of quality control and the poor response to customer concerns highlight significant shortcomings in their operations. There are undoubtedly better options available, and it would be wise to explore those instead.

In conclusion, my experience with the mango marble tea was extremely unsatisfactory. I regretfully recommend avoiding this particular beverage at Tea Leaf And Creamery to spare yourself a similarly...

I refuse to come back to this establishment. Yesterday I went to this establishment to treat my 5 year old to some ice-cream and she literally made a mistake and dropped it while I was waiting on my drink. I politely asked the manager (which he perceived to be) if I could get another Single cup of ice cream with topping because she just dropped it on the floor near the register.

He looked at me like a deer in headlights and did respond but chuckled then I asked again and he told me "You can purchase another". I told him " excuse me, she just dropped this on the floor", (he literally just handed my child the ice cream less than a minute ago). Then I precede to tell him he can either give me a refund or make another ice cream for her. He made another ice cream for her with less ice cream in it and my daughter was sad while we were talking and started crying because of her mistake.

This was the SECOND time this happened to us and they made a big deal out of making another ice cream for us. This also occurred earlier this summer when my daughter literally dropped her ice cream soon as we got in the car and they acted like they couldn't make us another single scoop.

DO NOT come to this establishment if you have small kids that may drop their ice cream, because this place will not want to make something as simple as another icecream for a child if its dropped. This experience was bad business, when it could have been...
