Horrible Customer Service! I have placed orders from this location before and have had problems every so often with them delivering in a timely manner. Tonight was the last time I will order from this location. We placed our order at 5:30pm, website said order would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. At 6pm no pizza, that’s fine sometimes it takes a little longer.
6:30pm no pizza. My husband calls to inquire where the pizza is. He spoke with a Jessie who proceeded to tell him that the pizza was currently being delivered, then she changed it to wait actually it’s actually in the store being made. He repeated back to her what she had just said to clarify that he heard her correctly. She said Yes then Thank you and hung up the phone.
Well we wait and now it’s 7pm and STILL no pizza. I call and speak with Jessie. I’m wondering where our pizza is and when will it be coming. She proceeds to tell me that it is being made (at this point this is ridiculous) I told her How is that possible? I ordered at 5:30pm it’s now been an hour and a half... and it being made just now? She actually laughed and said yeah. She LAUGHED.
I then asked who the manager was. She was pretty hesitant to tell me the managers name, Ashley. I then asked if I could speak to Ashley. To Ashley’s credit she was very apologetic and polite. I explained the situation wondering where is my pizza was. She then tried to tell me she was going to check where it was and get back to me.(Ummm... no.) I told her that her staff literally just told me it’s in the store being made, so I didn’t understand. I explained that this was not okay to not even be able to tell me where my pizza was or when I would receive it.
She then decided to explain that their oven was broken and they are behind so they were trying to catch up with orders. (Finally getting some honest answers) Well that’s a different story. This was the first I heard about this. I told her that I can understand that they would be behind if that’s the case, the problem is how they communicated with me. They weren’t helpful with their information and the fact that her employee laughed while I was trying to get information from her was incredibly unprofessional. Ashley kept saying she understood my frustration and she would be letting the other manager know to refund my money. We ended with they wouldn’t be charging me for my order. We said our goodbyes and hung up. Well 8:30 pm and no pizza. At this point they were called again and they still were working on it and we just told them to refund us.
Honestly, this whole experience was not good. I get that things like the oven not working happens, but then tell your customers rather than make up stories about the order being made when clearly it wasn’t. That’s how you lose business.

Read moreTruly a terrible experience. We arrived to a mostly empty restaurant on a Saturday night. Once we were seated we waited over 20 minutes to actually have our order taken. While we waited and wondered if we had been forgotten about, our waitress refilled her own drink and chatted with her co-workers, cleaned off a table and went to the back for quite a while. She finally came to take our order (two salad bar's and a medium pizza) and we went up to the salad bar only to find it filled with truly dismal looking food. The lettuce was browning, the cheese looked crunchy and generally speaking, everything looked rather old. I decided not to have the salad, and sat back at the table. My friend did have a salad, but found it to be quite disgusting and didn't finish it. By this time our water's had been empty for quite some time, and because every one else in the restaurant had to get up and go to the counter for refills, we decided to just stop waiting for our waitress to notice and we got up and got our own. Finally, after a very long wait, our pizza arrive. We had ordered a thin crust pizza, and a pan pizza came to our table. Our waitress had no idea that a mistake had been made and offered to make us another pizza, but at this point we had been there over an hour and did not want to wait another half an hour for a pizza. We told her that we would just leave. We went up to the counter and the manager checked us out. She did not apologize for the mistake, or ask us how anything else had gone. Then she charged my friend for his salad bar.

Read moreIf i could give no stars i would. Went here for lunch with our kids. For some reason the only pizza they would put out on the buffet was some sort of sausage pizza. The waitress brought us the wrong drink, which was fine we still drank them, but then nobody came by and offered us a refill. While we were there we started counting how many dirty tables were left and I believe we got up to 13. They were just letting the tables pile up and then when they needed a table for customers they would take the plates off a dirty table and move them to another dirty table. They constantly had about 8 people waiting for a table too. With how many times the waitresses were out on the floor you'd think they'd be smart and grab dishes on their way back to the kitchen. Then before we left we took our kids to the bathroom and they were horribly disgusting. Trash all over the floor and the toilet looked like it needed a cleaning. You could also hear the cooks and waitresses argue in the back and slam things down. We live out of town and only come to this area during the summer for camping, but we will for sure never return to this Pizza Hut, which is a shame because it's our favorite place to get...
