Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Dededo Municipality

Ordered a cake for my sons birthday. Not only was the color wrong but the edges on the cake had chunks missing out of it and the cookie dough pieces I was supposed to have on top were only 6 pieces, not the full coverage of the top I was expecting. Since we had a smaller cake the chunks missing were VERY noticeable. I spoke with the manager and she said she could fix it in 30 minutes. I left the cake and came back 30 minutes later. The color was changed but the edges were filled in so sloppy and now stick out of the cake they weren't evened out, and the bottom is still uneven. Obliviously, quality isn't their strong point at all. Im so disappointed bc there is no time to have another cake made for my son's party today. I accidentally dropped my ice cream and he was more than helpful to assist me. I felt completely embarrassed but he maintained a positive attitude and took immediate action. Delicious cakes and icecream. I ALWAYS order the same icecream everytime I come here and never had a problem with what I order. -My son always finish his small size icecream (he likes to try diff flavors when he gets the chance) We came here 2 weeks ago and I asked for a "regular" Strawberry flavor w/ sprinkles, but I guess the male employee added a diff strawberry flavor that tasted more sour.
