Food is good, however their was no body there to greet anybody, the cashier saw us but too busy doing her own duties, finally other customers started walking in and finally a waitress acknowledges them and escorts them, while were sitting in the waiting area, no one acknowledges us, so we finally gave up, decided to find our own table, the waitress came to us to tell us where to sit, I responded sorry we will sit where we want to sit, after waiting for someone, we gave up waiting, the same waitress came to our table and Rudely drop not place the setting but just dropped the setting without apologizing, and walked away, very rude, so I told myself might as well leave, she was really rude, she never came back, another waitress came and ask if anyone has assisted us, that's when we told her what happen, she continued to apologize for what the other waitress did, and she mentioned that she will bring it up to the Manager, that waitress kept coming back to check if we were ok and if we needed anything else, you could have lost a customer that moment, but then we decided not to leave over another waitress that was rude, please remind them that we're human and to please be mindful of how important it is to take care of the customers. service is...

I needed to get out of the house because I was having trouble focusing on building content for a series I'm developing so I decided to come here and have several cups of coffee with a side of productivity, and it worked.

The added value was that I ran into a couple of old friends and we got to catch up. My waiter came by regularly to ask me if I needed a refill, she was pleasant and considerate, that's something money can't buy.

If only my budget allowed for an order of one of my all-time King's favorites, corned beef fried rice with a side of longganisa... not only is it an exquisite overindulgence in greasy goodness, if you have trouble sleeping one serving this will put you right to bed.

Horrible Lunch Time Service!!!

I had tried to get the attention to one waitress, so lucky i wasnt able to get her name, she made eye contact but TOTALLY IGNORED ME!! I had asked the lady manning the register to follow up on my food for I had to go back to work, Well Outcome Nothing not even a signal Asked another waitress if she can check on my food, Same OUTCOME AS NUMBER 2 Got tired of waiting that i got up and even after a LOUSY service I went to pay for my Iced Tea. Then the duty manager I believe his name is Daniel, came and said well I checked on your order it takes 15mins to cook, guess what homie I waited a whole hour for a 15min cook... POOR EXCUSE!!! NOT EVEN YOUR WAITRESS THAT TOOK MY ORDER EVER CAME BACK TO MY TABLE TO APOLOGIZE, OR EVEN CAME TO SEE IF I NEEDED TO REFILL MY ICED TEA!!!!

IF YOU EVER NEED PROPER TRAINING, LET ME KNOW ILL HOOK UP, MAYBE AND JUST MAYBE I WONT MAKE YOU WAIT 1HR.
