Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dedham

I want to preface this with an acknowledgment of the fact that small convenient locations, especially in transportation settings, aren’t always operating at the same level as their stand alone peers. However at this particular location, on this particular day, I was astounded at the apathy shown to both me and the workplace. The tiller was rude (literally on his phone during our entire interaction with the volume blaring (it felt like a social Expiriment)) , inaudible, and clearly eagerly awaiting my own departure but to me what was more troubling was the state of the store. There were discarded packages strewn on the floor and counters. The very counters which were covered in visible sticky residue. Edit: 2nd time I placed mobile app 10 mins ahead and no one is there to complete. I wish there was someone to make a complaint to and get a refund.
