Store was big, clean and new. The selection of goods was reasonable however the HomeGoods side seemed to have much more going for it than Marshalls section. The Marshalls was more like a Marshalls express. I could liken to the way Target has a Pizza Hut express in their stores. It was an abridged version of the original offering simply the staples of the business and not offering the wide selection usually associated with with the name, metaphorically speaking the menu was bland. One major complaint I have on top of this is that the check out line was ridiculously long. The wait was over 45 minutes!!! There were plenty of unattended registers and the facility appeared to be amply staffed. Thete were many employees visibly doing little or nothing and should have been in the front of the store cashiering. Several people left the line and store as I would have done due to the ridiculously asinine wait time if mother's day wasn't soon approaching. Probably won't go back there because of this excruciatingly frustrating situation and apparent mismanagement of the stores human resources. Ignore the location I selected this location because this is typically where I shop & Google doesnât allow you to select reviews for online purchases. Anyway I received my order and 2 items were damaged. Iâm not sure why the packaging is so bad at TJX Companies especially on ceramic & glass items. One item came in box with foam and then it was put in a shipping bag; no protection at all. The items are still in stock but I refuse to buy them online Iâm too nervous. But you know of course Iâll go check my local TJX stores to see if they have them. Iâm definitely not leaving TJX hence the 5 stars but I just want them to be aware of how their items are being shipped.    Read moreI visited this store in on Mar 5 around Noon. When I went to pay for my items there was one cashier, one person waiting ahead of me and a couple paying for their items. The couple appeared to know the cashier, so they were having a nice chat. This chat continued for quite some time. A manager appeared and by this time there were 9 people waiting behind me, and still one ahead. The manager called another cashier, then joined the conversation with the cashier and couple. The original cashier and couple continued chatting and by the time I was served, 15 minutes after I joined the line, there were 17 people waiting behind me.
