Panda Express — Restaurant in Westwood

The food was fresh and very good. The only issue that I had was they are stingy on portions. The manager was working the counter and when I ordered White rice she filled the half of the plate as usual but then paused for a second and scooped a bunch of the rice out and put it back in the warmer. Then I had ordered the Teriyaki Chicken for both of the main choices that was fine bit when I asked for the sauce I got a small amount on the rice and none on the chicken. When I asked for a bit more sauce I was given a pre packed container of cold sauce instead of another helping from the hot frest sauce as soon as we had paid she returned to the corner to text on the phone and not seem the slightest bit interested in the store. That being said the store is very nice and the rest of the staff seem quite good and the food over all...

Staff packs smaller than normal portions. Ordered via mobile app and the staff assumed it was for pick up. However, when I opened my food to dine-in, I noticed that there was barely any entree with my side. Took it back to the counter and the staff said they ran out of my entree. They offered another entree. So, if I had driven home, I would have had to drive back or basically not get the food I paid for. Disappointing. If the entree is not available, don't process the order without speaking with the customer instead of cutting corners. Another order for a plate (side + 2 entrees) was also short served on the entree because we ordered the same entree twice. Poor service and poor management. Online(App) order placed for pickup. Went to online order pickup and waited for charlie to serve his walk-in customer to request pickup of order, no acknowledgement and he went off to continue serving his walk-in customers. When he came back to the counter asked him I have an online order and his response WAIT need to serve the queue!!! What is the point of online order in advance and sign saying pickup if you are to wait it out....worst of all food was ready and was sitting right there on the counter all paid online!
