I'm that type of person who loves sourdough bread. I even frequent restaurants that serve sourdough bread. Recently, I started buying loaves of sourdough at a wonderful little farm in Chester, then decided to go directly to the bakery that makes it for them, which is 8 Mile Meadow Bread & Pasta in Deep River. They call it their "Vermont Sourdough".
It is, without a doubt, the best, most flavorful sourdough I've ever had - amazing stuff. And when wrapped carefully, it lasts much longer than other commercially made and marketed sourdough loaves, which tend to become brick-hard pretty quickly.
