One week their espresso machine didn’t work, then the next week they supposedly ran out of coffee.. go figure. I guess them and McDonald’s are ran by the same management team because they share the same work ethic. And because they close at 8pm, they won’t serve any coffee or lattes after 7pm because they’re getting ready to close... who does that?? Read moreI needed to order donuts for my company but we have to have everything individually wrapped due to Covid. I called and spoke with the manager AJ. He said he could it for me with no problem. I stopped in later in the day to pay for the donuts as I was ordering for the next day. He gave me 3 options to have each donut in it's own individual package. He put every donut in it's own carton for me. Cartons even had a window so you could see which donut you were picking without having to open the carton. When I came the next morning to pick everything up, he had everything ready and was prompt and courteous. This will be my Dunkin to go to anytime in the future. AJ went above...
