This place is the worst had to call after an hour and the answer is always it’s on its way called again o they were there the hell they were know she lied when she said we have a security door said she called she lied I had my phone in my hand then they had the nerve to say they will bring it told them I did not want it cold o it won’t be and it was when she came almost 2 hours late she told my husband it took her to another address ??? O so you lied??? Says you are here???? 25 min ago they called to verify address and told me driver is leaving. I live 5 min away. Food arrived COLD and the Willie's all greasy. I verified my adress 3 times. Even the dipping sauce was cold. Let's see how management handles this. My son in law worked at the bar there for years. They know this house. No excuse. Just look at all that grease. We ordered pizza last Friday evening. When it arrived, it was all bunched up in the corner of the box -- a pile of pizza, if you will. We didn't notice until after the delivery driver had already left, so we called to let World Famous know what had happened. They apologized, sent out a new pizza right away, and provided a coupon for a free pizza in the future. Awesome service! Every restaurant makes mistakes, but how they handle them is the true test, and World Famous went above and beyond.
