La Calle Bar and Music Venue — Restaurant in DeKalb Township

If I could give 0 stars I would. We asked for our beer and never got it all because the owner wanted to ID my husband who is OVER 21 and we got into the bar with the ID and never gave us the beer. The owner asked to see his ID and we did hand her his temporary ID and said it’s “illegal”. It’s not illegal if we have another form of ID to prove his age though. Then she moved on and threw his ID’s to him. Very rude especially coming from the owner. We asked the other bartender for our beer nicely and there was no reason for us to be rude if we only drank one beer before the situation happened and he thought we were raising our voice at him for asking for our beer nicely but nooo he’s like “I can kick you out right now I’m not talking to you”. lmaooo okay kick us out never going there again.
