Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in DeKalb Township

we had ordered 4 pizzas for a birthday party. 2 of them they sent were made incorrectly. 1 of them was not at all what we order the other had missing toppings and different topping we did not ask for. when I called they tried making it sound like i was in the wrong, and that i got what I ordered. They said they could remake the one pizza. So that was done. It wasn’t till after they delivered the correct one that we noticed the other pizza was wrong as well so I called back and asked for a refund because this point I was just made with how they talked to me the first time and did not care for the pizza to be made the right way. they put me on a phone with a supervisor or someone higher up and she was VERY, VERY rude, kept talking over me, and making it seem like it wasn’t a big deal when one of the ingredients they put on the pizza no one asked for is allergic. they demanded we send both pizzas back which is fine because they were nasty. After two and a half hours of this going on my mother finally got her refund but in cash and not back on her card. Not to mention they kept having the same delivery driver come back and forth. I feel so bad for him. I do hope they reimbursed him for all his gas used when making 4 trips from their location to ours was so extremely unnecessary. I will never order here again. Rudest customer service I have ever...

Went to pick up my 60th Anniversary / 1964 price 14” pizza and they tried to charge the full price. Note that I ordered it online before noon for a later pick up time after work. They said the promo code was not working now. I find that odd since I had a complete order to pay cash at pick up, a pick number & time. The lady was nice but was really pushing that I pay the full price. After being persistent I told her that I do not want the pizza if they are not fulfilling my order at the correct price. She acted dumbfounded on what to do. Then she mentioned that “they” would have to figure it out later in the day. I even showed her my screenshot showing the information and price. It sounds like they were overwhelmed and did not want to participate in the special. Not a very good way to get customers to come back. Kind of the bait and switch idea. Also, the pizza was barely warm so it was obviously sitting in the warmer for a while. Very disappointing. Great idea to promote business and celebrate a businesses anniversary but poorly executed...

First off the place is clean and staff is good. Staff is not super inviting but they are professional. Spaghetti and meatballs was good and comes in a nice portion. I loved the cheese ravioli. Breaded mushrooms are awesome. I always stick with the pasta dishes. Today though I got a Italian beef with sweet peppers and the breaded mushrooms of course. The Italian beef was honestly the worst Italian beef I have ever experienced. The sweet peppers were ice cold and the Italian beef was just as cold. The meat was mashed together almost like one of those gas station meat sandwiches. This is the first bad item I have eaten here out of many visits so overall I love the service and staff. 90% off the food is good and well portioned. But please do something with that beef as it was horrible. I have had hot pockets that have tasted better honestly. It was like the meat was taken out of fridge put on sandwich and that's it. Oh and I started eating it about 5 min after ordering so it should not have been ice cold. I will return and continue...
