Long John Silver's | A&W — Restaurant in Del Rio

Today, I was looking forward to eating Long John's, I love it! But I was a little disappointed with the food. First of all, I didn't ask for tartar sauce. I waited for the girl to open the window again, but she went away and wasn't there, so I couldn't get her attention to ask for it. Next, I didn't get my drink, which I paid for and I couldn't ask for it because she was gone. It was a if they were not in the mood to provide good service. And lastly, the food was a little dry. I used the tablet kiosk for the order. It was nice to do the order how you want. It took longer than usual because we brought kids too. The order was wrong in the end anyway. I think the kiosk needs adjusting. We ordered everything on the A&W burgers we got plain burgers. A lot of naked burgers. 😆 It's ok we ate them that way, we were hangry by the time we got our food. Morning managers are unfair to there workers and steals food and hooks up her family with free food and blames the workers when there low and product.
