Taco Bell — Restaurant in Del Rio

Have to wait about 3 and a 1/2 minutes to get someone to wait on me at the front counter. It seems the drive through Takes Priority Over the Customer Standing in in the Front Dining Room. 3 people working in the whole building is way under staff. If they're gonna have 3 people on then they should close the dining room down permanently and just have a drive through. Now as for the food In my opinion It's just slop that they shovel into the tacos and they expect you to eat it. When you ask for sour cream in the supreme taco, they give you a teaspoon full of sour cream for a taco. The size of 6 inches in diameter. And then they overcharge for that. You don't. Get what you pay for. The restaurant itself in the dining area was filthy. The tables were all dirty junk all over the floor nasty management should be held responsible or fired. Get Donald Trump into there and let him fire...

I had a friend go for an order they were really rude because there was no red sos made they were told that they would wait so they did I ordered two bean burritos and they did not put them on the order a nacho bell grande was ordered as well and found a hair in it had to go back to get the 2 burritos and they put an expensive amount of onions in it and the onions were old I called 5 times no one answered tell the 5th time I ask to speak to a manager it sounds like he hardly knows English I tell him what had happened he said bean burritos no red sos and onion when I explained again he just said oh ok sorry about that I just wanted a refund for this unsatisfied meal that was disgusting and couldn't explain anything to someone that...

Oh, Taco Bell. Yo quiero....Taco Bell. You have chicken nuggets now, and to be honest? They're not that bad, not at all. When I purchased my food, I was met with courtesy and friendliness. There was an issue of the ice machine not producing, but immediately the solution was found to still provide ice. I did not have to wait long for my order, and I was provided with plenty of napkins (which is not common for to go orders elsewhere).
