My girlfriend and I went there on a Friday night and I understand if restaurant gets busy you tend to lose control of the hall and that's perfectly fine. When my girlfriend and I went to get our second dishes leaving our stuff on the table, other group of people takes our seats with our personal stuff laying on the table. So I asked the server why are there people sitting on our seat and the server goes "Oh you guys weren't done eating? I'll move you over to other table". After being forced to move out of our table, the server failed to deliver our drinks when I asked for it multiple times and when she finally brought it out, it had some piece of meat and ice cream drooling down on the side of both my and my girlfriend's cups. At this point we gave up on this place and just left. Not being able to take care of your customers due to being busy in the hall is understandable, but being forced to move out of my table and dirty utensils are not the best experience you can offer to your customer. If I had a choice to give negative stars, I would have given this place negative one thousand stars. This is by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my life and will not go back for sure. Hopefully people actually take my review into their consideration and really think again about going to this place for their family dinner or something. I will let health department and your head quarters know about how you serve people with not cleaned utensils, cups, plates etc....
Read moreFor a buffet dining experience I like this restaurant. They are friendly, clean and have good quality. love the salad bar (blue cheese dressing would be a nice addition) and the dessert area is good. Food is cooked well and steaks are always tasty. I would make some recommendations for a better experience for those who can't eat everything fried and who like more vegetables cooked in a healthy way. Sauteed /steamed: asparagus, mushrooms, broccoli/cauliflower, squash, etc. Less heavy sauce, don't mix spaghetti together as some may want just sauce or just pasta, white rice, (food allergies) baked chicken/turkey, bbq. Just some ideas for healthier eating. And in west Texas I'm always open to more Tex Mex! Just suggestions, as we still enjoy...
Read moreThe salad bar is fantastic. This would be enough but the menu screamed at you to try more. So I did and I opted for steak on top of green bell peppers & onions topped with green chili peppers and cheese. They ran out of broccoli and cheese so I opted for zucchini squash and cheese sauce. The food was good and wholesome but nothing spectacular. Other than a great salad bar, not much else piqued my imagination. The other problem I had was the dining tabletop. It was sticky. Although apparently clean it was odd feeling and gave a sense that it wasn’t clean. Sort of like a well maintained butcher block. For me, it wasn’t a surface I enjoyed dining on. Something the management might want...
