Lively upbeat pub with great food. Went with a group on a Friday night. Place was busy with the baseball playoffs on the TV's. Had a real good band playing in the front room. Although the bar was crowded, the place is a lot bigger than it looks, with additional seating in other rooms and downstairs. Great selection of drinks full meals and bar appetizers. We split some buffalo chicken sticks which I highly recommend, along with cheese curds which had the perfect amount of batter, crunch and chewy cheese. To ensure I covered all the food groups, for dinner I ordered the Thai chicken salad. The salad was fresh and the teriyaki chicken was flavorful and juicy. The peanut sauce was so good I asked if it was made in house. (It is). Others in my group had pork tenderloin and chicken sandwiches. We all split some carrot cake and chocolate cake since it kind of a birthday dinner. Followed up our dinner with a couple of games of pool in their game room, which I was surprised was free. They also have darts and a pinball machine. This place is a definite must if you are looking for an upbeat place for a couple of drinks or want to go out to eat with friends where the menu will satisfy the whole group.

We stopped at Revere's Wells Street Tavern for dinner on Friday (5/14).  We arrived around 5:30P and the place was hopping already - no wait for a table though - this is a big place.  Revere's Wells Street Tavern has a rustic, sports-bar & grille vibe and they also have a really nice outdoor seating area.  We were greeted and seated promptly and courteously.  The service was friendly and attentive. The food came out quick and hot.  This was particularly impressive seeing how busy it was at the time.  We started off with the Cheese Curds - they were slightly greasy (in a good way) with a tasty ranch sauce that was a bit on the watery side.  For dinner, we had the Rueben with Sour Cream and Chive Fries (thick slices of tender brisket with a crunchy top AND bottom - well done!), the Salmon BLT with Sour Cream and Chive Fries (the salmon portion was small and you could hardly taste it but, otherwise good), and the Grilled Cheese with Fries (can't go wrong with this...).  We've been to Revere's Wells Street Tavern many times and haven't been disappointed - we'll be back for sure.

We stopped at Revere's Wells Street Tavern to grab some appetizers and burgers. I, personally, like the atmosphere of Revere’s. It has a rustic feel to me and good decor. You can find the restaurant right downtown Delafield. Revere’s has a large bar area and multiple seating areas. They also have a basement with a small game center. We started off with a large pretzel which can feed quite a few people. The pretzel came out nice and hot with a side of dipping cheese. We ordered their build your own burgers, which was their special for the night. The build your own burger menu has a large selection of varieties for you to choose from. The burger's came out extremely fast, hot, and medium rare as ordered. The flavor was very good and hit all the right taste buds. Our waitress was very friendly and checked on us often. If you’re looking for a good deal on burgers this is the place. Just keep in mind that you have to order a beverage (adult or otherwise) to get the burger deal

Before our haunted hike in the woods, the four of us went out to grab a bite to eat. The restaurant is located in the cute downtown area of Delafield. There's street parking but it was pretty full at 6:00 p.m..

There is a priority waiting list you can get on to before 4:00 p.m. the same day. We weren't on the list but it wasn't an issue the wait was only 15 minutes.

The restaurant has a bar area and multiple dining rooms. We sat near the front in a quieter area. The restaurant was decorated with cute Halloween themed decorations inside and Fall decorations outside.

The waitress came to take our drink order pretty quickly. After we ordered it took quite a while to get 3 out of 4 of our drinks which was 2 beers and a Sprecher root beer. For the meal we ordered 2 cod fish fries and 2 kids meals; one mini corn dog and one chicken tender. And an order of buffalo wings as an appetizer. The timing of the food was off and the wings and food came out about the same time which to me was fine.

Buffalo wings were great. The skin was crispy and saucy. The sauce had going flavor with a little bit of kick to it. My sister said it was one of the best she has had which I agree.

The fried cod came with a choice of chips, fries, or potato pancakes. I went with the potato pancakes. The cod had large meaty pieces but bland for my taste. The batter was nothing special. I did like that it was not too thick. The potato pancakes were bland, too. I prefer mine heavier on the onion taste. My sister liked hers.

Overall it was a good experience with a...

I so HIGHLY RECOMMEND Revere’s Wells Street Tavern! The food and service was so great that all our guests complimented us on what a great dinner it was. We had our son and then future daughter in law’s Rehearsal Dinner there. We planned this from California and Stephanie K. the Banquet Manager couldn’t be easier to work with. She was so patient, answered all of our questions, made fantastic suggestions, and was excellent at judging the exact amount of food that we would need. She didn’t let me over order food and she was absolutely right on that. We really appreciate her conscientious work ethic and how she assured us that the amount of food was correct so not only did we not waste food we didn’t pay for food that we have gone to waste. Stephanie’s wait and bar staff were amazing as well. They were very attentive to our guests and all of their needs. There was another much larger party going on at the same time yet our guests received their drinks and their food in a timely manner and were NEVER made to feel less important than the larger party. This was our last son to get married but I would use Revere’s Wells Street Tavern again in a heartbeat. They were absolutely fantastic and I would give them 12 stars if I could. Thank you to Stephanie and her staff and everybody else who works at Revere’s Wells Street Tavern for making an important day VERY special. ...

My boyfriend and I love this place usually we have great service. Always very good food. But we went yesterday on saterday around 130, we usually go at this time. Somewhat busy but we have been there when it was packed and got better service and food came out faster. This time we put our order in fast but waited for our food, we only ordered the giant pretzel, fries, tater tots, and a salad. Holy cow my boyfriend also ordered the French onion soup that came out first I sat there twiddling my thumbs, he felt bad that he ate in front of me it was no problem for me. But we didn't order entrees we ordered a mix of appetizers that should of came together. The waitress we saw her maybe twice, food came out a guy brought us our food didn't say anything like sorry it took long, worse service since we have been coming there. We love this place never have a problem that pretzel is why we come back and the French onion soup. Usually the service is good too. We saw lots of servers so that wasn't a problem it must of been the kitchen not pumping out the food fast. We will keep coming back we love this place but hopefully next time it will be the same as pasttimes. We even have been there on Friday night when it's packed and great...
