McDonald's — Restaurant in Delano

Put a mobile order in at 8:15pm. Arrived at the Delano McDonalds at 8:50 and using their app put in our parking space number for carry out. 15 minutes passed while we watched probably 15 cars arrive after us and get their food via the drive thru and we still had no order. Tried calling and no one picks up. There’s also no voicemail. After 4 or 5 rings you get a dial up internet noise. Tried going into the store but the door was locked even though the door states the inside should be open until 10pm. If a teen hadn’t let me in I doubt my order would have ever been made. After I asked about our mobile order some lady barked back they don’t do mobile pickup after 9pm. The app doesn’t state that anywhere. I asked where our order was as we put it in at 815 and put our spot in at 850 and she said not done, only 2 people were working. Just as she said that a third person walked up front while multiple people were making food. I’m no math whiz but I’m pretty sure I’d need 2 hands to count the number of people that were actually working as she said that. To top it off while waiting for my order I had the pleasure of hearing them bad mouth me in Spanish as they had no idea I also speak it. Finally got home to discover they messed up our order. Had over an hour to make 2 happy meals and a meal and they couldn’t get it right even with all that time. Won’t be back. This is possibly the stupidest set of McDonald's employees I've ever dealt with. Every time we stop there, which is about once every couple months, our orders are always wrong, cold, or missing something. Today I went to pay for my meal, the total on the screen had said $8.99. The foreign girl told me my total was $4 and some cents. I asked her if she was sure, because that wasn't enough. She proceeded to tell me my meal was more because I had upgraded my soda to a shake. I told her I understood that, but the total she verbalized to me was too low. She repeated herself, that my total was more because of the drink upgrade. I said I understood, but the price she told me was TOO LOW, that $4 was not enough. She got frustrated with me. So I took a deep breath and asked "Ok, what is my total?" Which she then looked at her screen and said "..... $12.87". I said ok there you go, and tried handing her my debit card to pay but then she shut the window and started talking to the person waiting at the drive thru...... I said "So after all that are going to take my payment or what?" So she opened the window again, took my card and then SHOVED my card and receipt back at me. Then I got my food, which was supposed to be a 10 piece mcnugget and there were only 8 pieces. (Call me fat for needing 10 chicken nuggets, but I was sharing the whole meal with my 2 children). Decided to grab some food on the way home and used the app. Ordered 3 McChickens add American Cheese. Got our receipt and our bag of food, checked and saw we had 3 sandwiches. Get home and open up our McChickens to find no cheese added, but instead Big Mac Sauce, even though our receipt AND the label on the sandwiches says American Cheese. Luckily my family isn’t super picky, but very disappointed when we expected cheese and it wasn’t there. How does it happen where a receipt shows Add American Cheese AND the label on the sandwich wrapper saying American cheese but there is none? There have been a handful of other experiences at this location that have been uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. To keep those situations brief; waiting on McChicken sandwiches and jokes being made like “Two McChickens or are you too chicken?” and multiple occasions of the same employee holding food bags out of the second window before my car is even close to the window and unable to stop to grab the bag, and the bag hitting my side mirrors from the bag of food being held out so far and feeling rushed.
