Ordered online half an hour prior to going to the store to pick it up. Got to the store waited in line the manager and other two employees continue to make pizza after pizza and help other customers that were coming in to pick up their online orders yet never acknowledged my presence one time. After about 10 to 12 minutes and 5 or 6 customers picked up their orders, I noticed they had to drive through. So I walked out and figured maybe they would acknowledge my presence if I went through the drive-thru, after waiting for three cars I got up to the window and the young man working couldn't find my order so I showed him my phone for the one jack-o'-lantern pizza I had ordered, to which he stated that there was no name attached to the order I showed him on my phone. And then he went to look again and said that my order still wasn't ready yet for one pizza. So I asked him how long the wait would be, he said I don't know maybe 15 minutes. Nobody there seems to know what's going on or they clearly don't care about providing good customer service. It would not have been hard to realize that they dropped the ball and quickly make my pizza for me. And for the manager to never even acknowledge that I was there, helps me to understand why the rest of The employees there have substandard customer service also. I will go out of my way to ensure that I never order from this establishment location again. And I hope you make my pizza and have to throw it right in the garbage cuz I'm not coming to...
Read moreOrdered pizzas online at 11 am for a pick up for 4:30, also paid online. Arrived at 4:30 and it was mass chaos! Wait 20 mins for to talk to the clerk. They couldn't find my pizzas that they said were made. They started to make them and continually gave them to other customers who are just walking into place their orders. I repeated asked to just get my money back. Finally Lisa tried to give me a refund and couldn't get it to work. So she asked another person for help. The refund process took an additional 40 mins after I sat and waited 45 mins to get my "pre-made" pizzas which I never actually ended up getting. When I got home I checked my bank account and the refund never went through. After calling the store 6 times, with continuous promises of refunds it still hasn't happened! Corporate is even involved and I still can't get back my $54.50!!!! Beyond frustrated and disappointed with the terrible lack of customer service and lack professionalism!!! Not only am I out my time and money, BUT I missed trick or treating with my family because I was trying to get the damn pizzas! I will never order from Delano Papa Murphys...

First visit -I had ordered my pizza online a half hour prior to the scheduled pickup. I got there and asked for my pizza at the pick-up spot. The two younger employees just looked at me and didn't respond. They just looked at me. I then went to the till and asked for my pizza. She told me to go back to where I had started.
