This used to be my go-to stop for coffee. It's became such a rip off and waste of time. The order is always prepared in correctly. Simple things like the drink they are promoting, the lavender oat milk matcha...it didn't have any lavender. When I ordered a iced Americano with cold foam the drink was almost all white because they added a ton of creamer in addition to the foam, which I did not order. My colleagues consistently receive orders made incorrectly or poor quality as well. It's completely absurd this is acceptable. With most people paying $7.00 for a drink the quality and standards should be high. No wonder people are boycotting Starbucks. The company and employees think we should accept whatever it is they decide to make, with poor quality, instead of taking the time to craft what is ordered with high standards. The only thing consistent about Starbucks anymore is getting ripped off with poor customer service and subpar drinks that are outrageous prices for the very low quality.
Simply take the time to do it right Starbucks!!!! If you run out of something, like the lavender, tell people and refund them, don't just cowardly hand out 1/2 made drinks for top price and then try to hide and act busy hoping to not get asked about it! Stop ripping people off, your company makes billions, at least in return do the expected or providing high quality service and products that make it worth spending money at...
Read moreI was waiting in like for about 15 minutes (which I’m totally okay with!) then noticed 4 cars behind me that an employee placed a orange cone behind the last car in line. I had assumed then that they would be closing soon. I finally pulled up to the driveway through to order and they tell me i cant order anything since they closed. I was very confused since I waited in line like everyone else in-front of me who ordered. I get the store has to close at some point but the least they could have done was honor those who waited in line prior to placing the cone. Very rude employee in the drive through as well. I usually give this location and Starbucks in general a chance but maybe I need to go...
Read moreWe went through the drive through in the early evening. There was only one car ahead of us. After we ordered and pulled around to the window the other car was sitting there talking and joking with the baristas. It was very apparent that they knew each other to the point that even when both members of the vehicle had their drinks they sat there talking while cars behind us kept adding on. When they finally left and we got our drinks there was no apology from the barista about the wait and our drinks weren’t even ready.
