I’ve stayed here a few times and I’m tired of paying for a so called (breakfast) that is anything but great!! You serve toxic garbage for breakfast that causes cancer and you dont even serve real food!! It’s full of fake ingredients and toxic chemicals including pesticides and herbicides and micro plastics!! 🤮 I don’t know how Hilton can even say it’s great because it actually KILLS you! Hilton is part of the global health crisis and only care about farming people for profit they not concerned about anyone’s health or welfare. The detergent for dishwasher is the worst you can buy and leaves forever chemicals on the plate and silver ware that you end up consuming they disrupt the body’s microbial function hormonal processes and cause cancer and other diseases. They now have a zero shampoo and body wash supplied by them that I’m sure is just as toxic and everything else they offer. It’s time to wake up!! The food and cleaning products they use are banned in over 30 countries and they don’t seem to care at all!! There are so many people that are sick and dying due to business that operate with no principles only the intention to take your money to make profit. It’s time to speak up and expose all the business and people that are making people suffer and be sick so they can be in the black! I hate staying here but all the hotels and in on it. You have to pick one. Oh and the pool and spa chemicals!! That’s just to add the cherry on top! Fluoride and chlorine is soooo toxic and enters into your bloodstream through your skin (your largest organ) and crosses the blood brain barrier causing many different health issues as well. This is a...
Read moreHotel room was great and establishment was very nice. The reason for my two star review is based solely on the service I received from the morning staff. I called the night before asking for an extended check out, a perk I get with being a diamond member. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. I called in the morning to verify one more time before leaving for my event in the morning and they told me it would not be possible and I would be charged an additional day if I stayed past 2. She did not apologize once for the miscommunication, she was extremely rude, and made sure she would not admit any fault on their end. I left my event early to come back to the hotel to pump(since I'm nursing) and let my child take a nap. My room door was cracked and when I walked In I noticed it was cleaned. I called the front desk to let them know I had come back and will be using the room with the intention to be out before 2. They said ok. Not even 5 min later they called me back to tell me I had to be out by 12:30 (once again rudely) I told them this was not going to work as I've already been approved for a 2:00pm check out. I then spoke with the manager and she told me there is no way I could have been approved since there is a gaurentee 3pm check in. I told her well I was (twice) and I left my event early due to this and needing to take care of a couple of things. She then told me I have to be out by 130 which at that point I did not have a choice but to agree and hang up. I have stayed so many times at the Hilton and have never had an experience like this. It is safe to say I will NEVER be returning to...
Read moreWe are Hilton Honors members and have been loyal to Hilton properties for multiple decades. My adult son and his friend were traveling cross country and I made a reservation for him to stay at this location to get a few hours rest, a shower and some breakfast before they hit the road again. I confirmed with the Hilton agent on the phone that I could make reservations on his behalf by listing him as a guest on the reservation. My son pulled up to this property around 3am to be denied the reserved and paid for room by “Megan” at the front desk. “Megan” stated that it was “too late” to check in despite us having a confirmation number. My son called me, desperate to get some help and rest and I spoke with Megan and we arrived at a solution - he would need to reserve a new room in his name. I was confident at that point he would have a place to rest for a few hours and he quickly transferred money to his account to cover the cost of the room. “Megan” swiped his card and stated that it was denied and when asked to swipe it again as the money was just transferred, she refused to do so and denied access to the room. Due to not having a place to stay and hotels in the area booked up, they got back in to the car at 3:30am and proceeded on their trip. Fortunately, 20 hours later they arrived safely but exhausted at their final destination. “Megan’s” customer service was the antithesis to the type of service that Hiltons throughout the U.S. have shown to have and could have caused a much different outcome by turning away a paying customer who needed to rest before proceeding...
