January 5, 2023 8 pm. Was passing through town on a long road trip. Ordered a pizza online so it would be ready when we got there to fuel up. Pickup time was 8:05 and I arrived just a minute after 8. While I was getting fuel, my wife went in to pick up the pizza and get some drinks. The heavy set girl with the glasses that was working tonight told my wife it would be ready in 6 minutes. My wife used the rest room, got drinks and brought them to the vehicle as I had finished fueling and parked in front of the store. She went back in to get the pizza and noticed the heavy set girl behind the counter was making a pizza similar to the one we ordered. My wife asked her if that was our pizza. She said "yes it will be ready in 6 minutes." Our pickup time was 8:05 and it was 8:12. My wife came back to the vehicle and informed me of the situation. At 8:20, I went in to check on the progress. I asked the girl behind the counter if our pizza was ready. She asked what name it was under and I gave her my wife's name. She was putting a pizza in the oven, and she said "this is your pizza, it will be ready in 6 minutes. " I went back to the car. At 8:30, my wife went in to get the pizza, again. At 8:40, she came out with the pizza and we left. We got back on the interstate and opened the pizza because we were eating on the run, and the pizza we were given was not the pizza we ordered. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. We spent 40 minutes waiting on a pizza that should have been ready when we got there, and ended up a pizza we didn't order. The kitchen area was very dirty and unorganized. I have no idea why this woman is there alone making pizzas, because she either needs more training or some help to keep up with orders. Very...

Line takes forever to get checked out, the floor is always very dirty, food always looks like itās questionable and it has been sitting out for far too long. Thereās a little cafeteria corner that is always covered in opened boxes that look like they need to be taken care of by staff, Iāve never seen that area clean, preventing people from actually sitting there. The staff usually looks unprofessional and like they donāt want to be there. I saw a couple of employees parked in the front parking spots once smoking in their car, not illegal, but just not a great look for a business. Just a few tweaks of basic customer service, daily store cleanliness practices, and taking pride in yourself would really go along way. Take some notes from Kwik Star maybe?
Also, Iāve seen the owner reply to every negative comment with a canned statement about how they will look into this, but clearly nobody cares or has taken any action to improve the store. Itās disappointing, usually Caseyās are pretty great, but this one...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFather's day, I'm heading out on a road trip. I run to Casey's to grab something to drink and go to check out. There are 7 people ahead of me and ONE staff at the cashier. There were 2 people at the pizza part of the store but didn't seem too busy. When it was my turn to check out I looked behind me and a long line if people were waiting. A customer came to the cashier and let her know that the fountain pop was coming out as water. The cashier said "sorry, I'm the only one working. I can't do anything about it." and continued to check people out. I felt bad for her and all the customers. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Also, gas pumps run super slow. Many times there are bags on the nozzles of half the pumps so lines of cars are waiting to get gas. Casey's- cross train staff so they can help each other out when needed!
