I stopped here on January 3, 2024 at 5:13 pm and purchased a Whopper meal and sat down to eat. The restaurant was not busy. The Whopper bun that they gave me was the driest bun that I've ever gotten anywhere. It was as if the bun had been sitting out for several days. It literally crumbled in my hands as I was attempting to eat it. I can't complain about the fries as they were hot and cooked perfectly. The other thing that I found a bit disgusting was a spider nest behind the TV on the north end of the dining area. It was obvious that nobody ever cleans behind the TV because the spider nest appeared to have been there for a long time. It was full of dust. The entire time I was there, the staff behind the counter just stood around talking among themselves or on their cell phones. During the 50 minutes that I was in the dining room, only two other customers came into the restaurant. It will be a while before I patronize this place again. Read moreThis franchise has recently been totally renovated, but at the entrance, the concrete was black with the liquids spilled by employees dragging the trash bags out side to the dumpster. There were 2 live spiders & 1 dark crawling bug on the metal threshold when I opened the door to enter. I went in & looked around. No one greeted incoming guests. I turned around and went out w/o ordering. I went to the DelOne Bank across the parking lot & brought up the mess that I had seen to the bank tellers. They all joined the conversation about how the place might be "new", but it was deep down dirty already and the employees, as a group, all portrayed 'don't care attitudes about the restaurant and customers. They all spoke about their personal opinions and that they don't buy food from there. Please notify the franchise owner so they can make the needed adjustments. Employees do not deserve $15/hr when there are such serious issues. I won't be eating there again & I LOVE BK...
Read moreCame into this establishment this evening for a quick meal when I have to say I was quite disappointed with the management skills on Sonia. You could clearly tell the young lady preparing the sandwiches was new, and the management skills on Sonia was just not it, the way she spoke to the employees, makes you wonder who made her manager. Instead of being patient and working one on one with the employees, you hear the shift manager Sonia badgering at the young employees, she didn’t even bother stepping in to help, just yelling. You can tell this is her everyday norm when she is doing it in front of customers, it truly shows the type of person she is, and one can only hope the rest of the management team isn’t as horrible as her.
