Dairy Queen in Seaford De is horrible People may consider it to be just job but it’s still a JOB and so no matter what you should keep a level of professionalism. The way they go about their business to me is unacceptable. Just went there yesterday and the girl at the register seemed to be trainingso she was slow taking our order no problem there at all I understand completely. UNTIL the entire order disappears so we have to do it all over again and that’s not what I even had a problem with. It was the fact that the girl next to her stood there waiting to clock out for her break and interrupted us in the middle of us ordering saying “ I know you guys are about to keep ordering so can I just clock out?” instead of even putting forth of trying to help the girl out and then taking her break mind you there was a entire line behind us at this point. That wasn’t even what really upset me. The girl eventually finished ringing us up and so we went to sit down while the workers are yelling everywhere, it was very chaotic our blizzards came out and was wrong, and then 30 minutes go by and people that came in after us got there food and I had told them multiple times what we were missing. Nobody took the initiative to complete our order. They continued to take other people orders while we sat there. Then what looked to be the manager didn’t do her job she didn’t say anything to us and Then when I asked for a refund after the fact that our food and other blizzard was still not made going on 35 minutes, the one girl that came back from break got a attitude and told me she didn’t know how to do it but then she did it. I didn't realize that the inside closed an hour and 1/2 before the drive thru and when I got there to pick it up, there were at LEAST 20 cars in the drive thru and I was there at 9:05 and the lobby had just closed. I waited in the line for a few minutes and I was nowhere near even the order speaker! Anyway, my daughter called to find out where I was because I had my grandson's medication, so I called into the store and asked if I could cancel the order.
