Casapulla's North Steak & Sub — Restaurant in Delaware

I’m not gonna leave a 1 star review because I really do enjoy the food here, and I also work in sales/service so I know how much a businesses reviews affect the well being of the establishment. I consider myself a reasonable guy and I generally give people the benefit of the doubt to a fault. My wife and I come here all the time because we’re right in the neighborhood and it’s convenient and the food just so happens to be decent. BUT, the service sucks. Whenever we call in an order or even walk in the place we’re made to feel almost as if we’re inconveniencing the staff. Now I know it’s hard to find a job that you LOVE going to, but you are being paid to do a job and if you don’t like your station in life right now than you need to do something about it and stop rubbing the negativity onto the people bringing money in for YOUR paychecks; not a very good strategy. (Rant over).

Any who, I came in tonight to pick up my order, stood in line and the cashier didn’t even look up at me. She helped 2 people that had just walked in after I did, until I finally said something and she continued to help them and then another one! So that’s 3 people altogether! 1 of them after I said something! Ridiculous! A great, convenient little sandwich shop. I used to come here all the time but in recent years the quality has gone up and down so I just skipped it, then eventually stopped going all together. Anyway, after about 4 or five years i gave cassapullas a try again and it's been great the 5 times I've gotten it. Mostly buffalo chicken cheesesteaks but the meat was cooked properly, the roll was soft, and it was put together with some care. It's not too difficult to keep food fresh, employees nice and help keep the place clean, Also a convenient, fast pickup time. Purchased six subs (different varieties) and three big bags of chips on Tuesday April 25 from the Casapulla's North site. Everything was made and ready when I arrived. Two of the subs(chicken salad and tuna) were supposed to include Lettuce, Tomato and Onions as I ordered over the phone. Those items were missing on both subs. Then, today 4/26, I went to eat the other half of my favorite Casapulla's selection - Italian sub, and found a long women's long hair in the middle of the sandwich.
