I order from here often because it’s normally fast and good. Today however, my experience was horrible and I will never order from this dominos again. My order was in “quality check” for 45 mins. Until I called the store and the lady who was apparently the “store manager” told me that the Driver had an issue. That’s fine. I understand things happen. My food arrived about 20 minutes later. The pizza was undercooked. I mistakenly ordered the wrong pizza however, regardless of what pizza I ordered it should’ve been cooked thoroughly. My three-year-old took a bite, threw it down and said it was disgusting. That’s when I turned it upside down and realized the bottom was soggy wet And did not seem thoroughly cooked. I called the store back and told The store manager about the situation. She did make sure to correct me that I ordered the wrong pizza which is fine, but I did not order a pizza uncooked. she proceeded to argue with me. I asked her if I could speak to a store manager she would not give me that information when I asked her for the address so that I could bring the pizza back to the store and receive a refund she could not provide the address to the store that she is apparently managing. Again, I asked to speak to somebody higher up and she told me to ask for Laura when I brought the pizza back. At this point in time, I was so angry. I didn’t even want to take the pizza back. It’s an inconvenience to drive in the beach traffic and also the reason why I had it delivered in the first place. I am a manager myself, and I would never speak to somebody the way that this manager spoke to me. My place of work orders from here frequently when we have work celebrations to feed all of my coworkers we will no longer be ordering from this Establishment. I’m very disappointed and disgusted.., as I said I’m a manager and I would never speak to anyone that way. I’m in the process of contacting corporate about this situation. Read moreBeen a longneck local for 20+ years. Order my fair share of food like every one and I got to say the food here is great, food wise I never have been let down, maybe a hot wing was small in a order but thats nothing.
Only time I have been let down was when on 4th July when the driver couldn't find my house and never showed and said he did to his boss but finding good workers down here is VERY hard and it being a holiday I know he was a temp so I didn't blame "Dominos" for that.
GOOD SIDE: Then their are WONDERFUL drivers like "Chris". Dude shows up to my house with a smile on his face all the time, sparks up a little conversation asking how am doing which is very nice because he is drawing in the customer to feel more comfortable. I been a assistant manager before and I know the trade when it comes to dealing with customers and being a customer. A smile makes a big difference. Dropped the dude a huge tip during Christmas. Should of seen the look on his face lol, it was great.

Today we tried to order pizza and a pasta bread bowl online like always and I got a call from the store. The girl calling me I believe may have been new and she asked if I wanted to change my order because there was a deal and it would make it cheaper. So of course I agreed and she asked for my credit card information again. I hung up and not even five minutes later I get a call again. She some how lost the credit card information in the system and needed me to repeat it. I repeated it again and hung up. Then she calls back AGAIN not even five minutes mind you and says that my total has gone up by almost $8. It was originally $17.47 and she called back saying is was $25 something now, when she was "trying" to assist me before to make this cheaper ! How that happened is beyond me BUT I told her I was frustrated with the phone calls and the price difference and I wanted to cancel the order at this point.
