Wings To Go - Long Neck — Restaurant in Delaware

Ordered what was supposed to be Lemmon Pepper wings from there today .. instead I received very dry wings besides the cooking oil that they claimed was butter ( as if I don’t know the difference) mixed with what looked like a dash of pepper mixed with it that barely coated the bottom of the container. I called and asked the young lady who claimed to be the owners daughter to come back and get the order because nobody in their right mind will just sit there and dip their wings into cooking Oil mixed with pepper... She was very rude and went on to say there’s nothing she could do about it and offered to send me a pic of some butter! What she should have said was either bring them back or we will make them the way I paid for them to be made. Unfortunately they lost a couple of customers with her very childish and rude attitude and remedial remarks. We will NEVER order from this...

While on my way to work I made a last minute decision to get some wings to eat. Since Wings 2 Go was nearby I stopped by and ordered some traditional Lemon pepper wings. This was the second time visiting this location, the first time wasn't the best but I figured that it was either a new employee or just a bad day. This time around the server asked if I wanted dry or wet wings I ordered wet expecting my wings to be dripping with sauce....WRONG. After opening the container the wings not only looked dry and over cooked but they were swimming in grease, after bitting into wing #1 the hardness due to being overcooked if you're not careful it hurts the roof of your mouth when trying to chew,. The last time me my mother my grandfather and cousin ordered from you we had gotten sick idk if it was your chicken or the grease you used but we all got sick from it.... don't get me wrong I use to live in Philadelphia and the wings to go there is 100% better then the long neck location.... and also the service at the Philadelphia location is alot more friendlier and attentive on how to cook their food..... oh and byw they treat their employees with respect..... and no I'm not an employee I was a customer I was simply stating that I use to order from the Philadelphia location.... and yes I have ordered from your store and no I will not take ny review down people wanted honest reviews then be respectful.
