DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE! I ordered a cheesesteak and fries and I was charged $35 for it. When I called the store the guy who took the order admitted they were having technical difficulties with their credit card machine. He told me the manager would call me back. He never called, in fact I had to call for days trying to get my money back for a $15 order. when I spoke with the owner he told me if the money wasnt back on my card in 3 days he would refund my money. When I called back after 5 days I was told that $35 isnt going to kill me by the owner. It got so bad that I had to threaten to call the police to get my money and that is when I believe the owner finally put my refund back on my card. The owner told me this is how all cc machines work. They do not! I too am a business owner and my machine has never literally charged someone double the amount. It was not a hold, the bank confirmed the money taken. Fast forward to about two months later, my daughter likes their chicken fingers. I called, placed the order. I received a call back from the store telling me they will cook my food but I would have to pick it up. Smh They claimed they didnt have a driver. Lol I was a very polite, and understanding customer. I was robbed by these Ppl and now I'm being treated as if I did something wrong for not wanting to pay $35 for a cheesesteak. In the end I received my money after almost two weeks. food is just OK... Not worth the stress of being robbed and disrespected. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! If you are looking for GREAT food, wonderful Ppl, and NOT to be overcharged. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my recent order, and as a loyal customer who orders from this establishment often, I expected much better. I ordered my usual seafood pasta dish, only to find shards of a broken plastic lid embedded throughout my food. It was impossible to enjoy the meal without encountering pieces of plastic in nearly every bite.
When I called to report the issue, I was told I would receive a credit, which seemed reasonable at first. However, about 30 minutes later, I received a call questioning the validity of the situation, which was both insulting and unprofessional. This shows a complete lack of trust and accountability from your management team.
It’s common sense that placing a plastic lid on a steaming hot aluminum container—especially when the aluminum has been folded to seal the perimeter—will cause the plastic to melt, warp, and eventually crack. This is basic food packaging knowledge, and the fact that this wasn’t considered is alarming.
The mishandling of the situation, coupled with the poor management response, is unacceptable. For a restaurant I’ve supported regularly, this experience has left me questioning your commitment to quality and customer care. I sincerely hope changes are made to ensure this never happens again, or you risk losing more loyal customers...
Read moreSo I'm just visiting.. Staying in the hotel across the street. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and the guy was super friendly on the phone. He even made sure I knew where the location was when I mentioned I was gonna do carryout. He quoted me 10-15 mins and that's how long I waited. I literally walked in the door as he is boxing the pizza. It couldnt have been any fresher. I dont know the guys name behind the counter but I know hes a fellow metalhead. (Sic) customer service.. That's a good thing btw.
Oh.. And this pizza is amazing on top of all of that. One of the better pizzas I've had in long time now. I most definetly recommend...
