Taco Bell — Restaurant in Delhi Charter Township

Where to begin? I gave them one star because the cashier was friendly and the employee that handed my order to me was also friendly!! other than that they get no stars #1 even though there were four people working there no one bothered to check on the dining area? One trash receptacle was fixin to overflow and both trash receptacles had anywhere from six to eight dirty trays stacked on top of them? #2 there were taco chips under the cashier's station, on the floor mat at the entrance Door, and under the tables in the dining area!! #3 there was no mild or medium taco sauce on the condiment stand? ( although the cashier went back and brought some out to me no one came out to refill the condiment stand)!!!!!#4 there were nasty fingerprints on both entrance doors also!!!! #5 they were not busy at all on this Sunday around 2 p.m.? Therefore I can't understand why 2 of my hard tacos had barely any lettuce and only one or two maybe three pieces of shredded cheese on them? #6 the nacho fries did not come in the black fry box that they show on the menu board and on TV instead they were in a paper fry bag which drilly didn't contain that many? The nacho cheese cup was only filled half-full???? Not that looks like the full cup that's advertised on the reader board and on TV!!!! needless to say that whatever management person that was in charge obviously weren't doing their job!!! If these employees want $15 an hour? It seems like they would at least try to do the work that comes with it?????...

Honestly I would give zero Stars if I could.

Tonight I was in the Drive-Thru and I ordered a number eight which is three hard shell Doritos tacos and a drink and a beefy 5 layer on the side. My total ended up being $15.60 something cents. I get up to the window to pay and the cashier mumbles what I was led to believe was my total. After further inspection I saw on the receipt that I was charged $11.50 something for 2 bean burritos and a beefy 5 layer. When the cashier opens the window to hand me my order, I said "hey I think you may have gotten your orders mixed up I have the three hard shell tacos and a drink order" (I understand that things happen, people drive off sometimes, no big deal.) So she takes the bag back, turns to the manager that was there (who looked like he clearly didn't care) and tells him what happened. He asked me "do you remember your total?" I say "yeah it was $15.60 something I believe." I heard him tell the cashier "just give him the cheaper one" so the cashier grabs another bag (what I was led to believe was my actual order) and says "have a nice night", I remind her I got a Baja Blast as well. She looks frustrated but gets me my drink, says "have a good night" and I drive off. Now I get home just to find that they gave me the wrong order from the 1st time. So now not only do I have the wrong order BUT you guys acknowledged that I received the wrong order and yet gave it to me anyways?

Walked up to 2 of the employees smoking right by the door to enter. Okay classy. Walked in placed order on kiosk which wasn't as simple as they make it seem. The manager or what seemed to be the person incharge called to the 2 outside to come help and they did the lady did wash her hands and put gloves on but never took her coat or apron off while smoking or when returning to make food ( health violation no aprons outside of kitchen area per state of Michigan health department ) they were clearly irritated with the manager on the opposite side (drive thru ) well because he was loud, demanding , rude and inconsiderate of his employees. He made her set up front counter side to make the orders for front counter and I clearly herd he say this is bullshit because I set the line up once they took it down now he wants it set up again. The man she was talking to was person #2 who was smoking outside and he cracked me up he fried a few chalupa shells didn't say a word to anyone and got his belongings and left. Wild that is the culture here. In total we waited 36 minutes for a supreme box and a side of chips and cheese. Whoever the GM is here you need to step your game up and your food safety standards because this place was gross and no one seemed to follow any standards that's a direct reflection upon you as a leader. This tacobell used to be to be great now it's trash I wouldn't bring my worst enemies dog here for food....
